My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
I can't be anywhere near close to being fully represented by this profile and recognize you can't either so I take these self summaries with a grain of salt. Still, this site does seems a better alternative than relying solely on meeting quality people at bars / clubs / serendipity so figured I'd give it a shot!

I'm hoping to strike up a connection with someone in an attempt to see if the chemistry is right, but take my time in the process and realize I won't be the right fit for everyone / vice versa. That's why I'm always down for making new friends, too. Don't hesitate to say hello. I do bite, but I try not to leave marks. :D
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
Will work for cheese.

Just finished an intense (but impactful) honors program, won some scholarships to schools which have changed my life forever, and am pursuing hybrid degrees in clinical psych / applied positive psych / humanities and a creative writing minor.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Before my passion transitioned into poetry and psychology, it was music. I was classically trained on the guitar for over 10 years and am self taught on the piano. I played soccer for 10 years and was also a referee although this had to take the back seat for a while. I also love the ocean and was on the swim team for a few years. I'm fairly good at understanding the inner-landscape, showing compassion to those I love and who have earned my respect, and making people laugh.

I have this tendency to treat my family, friends, and loved ones like royalty. But I'm careful about who I let in!

You tell me! :-)

I've been told I add life to any gathering except those of the conceited, self-righteous or sanctimonious and I'd say that's pretty accurate!

I've overcome plenty of adversity and usually connect best with those who have overcome deep challenges, worked hard for everything they have, and are able to be compassionate, warm, and caring individuals. "Wisdom," I guess, is what I'd call that.

With Candles. Red wine. Chorizo. Olive Oil. Oil Cured Olives (turkish) Crusty artisan breads. And tons of cheese. We can make up for it at the gym tomorrow.
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
Why narrow the list to 6 things?
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
How small this all is!
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
wishing my friends lived closer!
The most private thing I’m willing to admit

I can't stand my screen name...but I won't pay money to change it.

I'm a huge advocate of self evaluation / personal growth

I couldn't even fool around with someone unless there was some sort of chemistry. For dating, a meaningful connection is a must.

I'm one of those "green smoothie" guys. But I refuse to cut ALL junk out. Moderation. ;-)

I don't get along with arrogant, self important, ego-drenched types. Please move along if this is you.

I've actually met some of my idols who have helped promote my poetry. Those moments changed my life forever.

I also feel like college has been swallowing so much of my time that I haven't had as much time to create as before. Working on that...

As a child, I had an army of G.I. Joe's, and I made them do battle...
