How does one describe themself in a simple text box? I am a bit of an intellectual and I love to study things and find out what makes them tick.

I am also a martial arts student and have been training in Taekwondo for almost two years now. It is a sport and an art that I love and it has had a huge impact on my life. As a side benefit it helps to keep me in shape.

Recently I've started motorcycling.

I'm just trying to take one day at a time and to get by in this crazy world.

I am a Jack-of-all-trades but my biggest skill and expertise is as a system administrator working on Unix systems.

I think what most people notice is how quiet I am.

Books: I love to read and there is always a stack of books that I'm working on. Fantasy and Science Fiction are my favorites but I also delve into a lot of philosophy and history books.

Movies: I don't keep up with movies as much as I'd like to due to time constraints but I do love comedies such as Office Space, Spaceballs, UHF, Airplane, etc. Documentaries are always good too.

Music: I am a HUGE fan of Opeth and progressive rock/metal in general. Other types of music that I listen to are jazz, classical, trance and techno but most of the time I stay metal.

Food, water, shelter, family, friends, and my motorcycle.

Life, the universe, and everything in it.
