This is the hardest question on here. Let me get back to this one.

Living the dream.

Geography and urban history. I'm an urban planner, so it's kinda what I do. Not to boast, but I possibly know more about your hometown or neighborhood than you do. Let me tell you about it.

Honestly? Usually that I look young for my age. Yes, I'm really 27...

I read the Times every day but don't make the time to read much fiction. I have a subscription to the Economist as well, even though I don't necessarily agree with all of their viewpoints.

I don't watch many movies, but the last one I really liked was Black Swan. I like Aronofsky in general.

I like the Office and Parks and Recreation, but I'm lucky if I catch an episode per month tops. I'm definitely not the kind of person who rushes home to watch a TV show. I'm not afraid to admit that Jersey Shore is entertaining, but I went to Rutgers for grad school so I have a soft spot for NJ.

I eat almost everything. I love seafood, Thai, Indian, Mexican, falafel, soul food, pizza (especially when a slice is a dollar), diner food, chicken and rice. I had Sri Lankan earlier this year and thought it was great. I grew up in Pennsylvania so I appreciate a good cheesesteak. I'm not too good for McDonald's.

1. A shower every morning. It doesn't matter how late I'm running or whether I overslept for a really important event, I have to shower when I get up, otherwise I feel terrible all day.

2. Sunlight. I like to get away in the winter because there's just not enough sun in New York.

3. An unlimited MetroCard. Sometimes I swipe that thing 7 times in a day. I definitely get my $104 worth of transportation, and I don't even typically use the MetroCard to commute to work... that's all non-work travel.

4. Democracy. I vote in every election I'm eligible to do so. I'm the guy who votes in the elections you don't even know are happening.

5. Contacts. I'm blind without them. I'm saving up for Lasik.

6. Variety. I love meeting new people and trying new things. I get bored of the same ol' same ol' and go out of my way to explore things that I don't know anything about.

The history of the buildings I'm in and the streets I walk. I found an article in the New York Times archive about my apartment from the 1900s. A women's gambling ring was being run out of my apartment back then, and a woman died of freight when the cops raided it.

Is this the worst predefined question on OKCupid? Not sure about guys, but 99% of girls' profiles say something along the lines of: "I'm either home snuggling on the couch with a movie/book, or I could be out partying!" Interesting that they picked Friday though, 'cause it's the one night of the week I'm likely to keep it low-key. I'm out of the house pretty much every night of the week, but Fridays aren't a big event for me. I'm usually tired from work and want to head home and nap before I show my face somewhere later...

Sometimes I'll say something and I won't even be sure if I'm being sarcastic or not myself.
