My Self-Summary

Not much to tell, I'm a salesman at Lowe's right now, I'm going to school at Eastern for my geology degree. I dig the outdoors quite a bit, I hike, climb, ski, bike, basically if its done outside in mountains I'm all over it. I'm also a fan of games of all kinds, card, board, or video. Movies are always good too.

What I’m doing with my life

I work at a hardware store selling doors and windows, which generally sucks, so I'm working on school so I can get outta there. I spend a lot of time with my friends and family, usually up to no good.

As it happens, I dunno, I'm pretty average.

The first things people usually notice about me

I couldn't tell ya, conversations don't generally work around to that point very often. But hopefully good things.

My favorite books, movies, music, and food

Books, Catch-22, Hemingway, Edward Abbey, George R.R. Martin, Tolkien, Ian Irvine, R.A. Salvatore, Steven Erikson, which is to say, lots and lots.

Movies, my taste varies with my mood, but I generally like most styles of movies, although I really don't like scary movies, those just aren't my thing. Big Lebowski, The Bond flicks and Tombstone are some of my favorites.

Music varies as much as my taste in movies, but I enjoy rock mostly, but really I can find something to like in almost any genre. I seem to find myself enjoying irish punk rock quite a bit these days, like flogging molly and dropkick murphy's

My favorite kind of food would have to be a toss up between Thai and Chinese food, also I'm a huge fan of fish and chips. I don't really care for beef though.

The six things I could never do without

Food, Shelter, Water. Being a person who is most at home in the wilderness, I would say those are the only things I could never do without, but in the spirit of the question, I suppose I will add a good book, a pad of paper, and a pen in which to write with.

I spend a lot of time thinking about

Work (unfortunately), family, friends, school, and life in general. Really I'm all over the place.

On a typical Friday night I am

It varies, might be out drinking with friends, might be working, having a night in playing cards, whatever suits my mood.
