My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
I'm a story scribbling, napkin sketching, watercolour doodling, guitar widdling, all around eligible young bachelor currently kicking it up in Walthamstow. I like to frequent taverns for the sampling of alcoholic beverages and the dancing of merry jigs. I would only believe in a god that can dance.

Literature graduate, and just completed an MA in Philosophy, Politics and Economics, so not only am I unbelievably pretentious, I'm also unemployable.

I'm a writer of words. Contrarian. Macroherpetophile. Man child.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
Well I just finished my MA, so I'm taking it easy for a while, polishing up my CV and applying for jobs anywhere that wants people who will put words in specific orders for them. I'll put words in any order you want for minimum wage.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Silly twitter scrawlings, essays and rants, videogames, suggesting very pragmatic solutions for people's life problems, guitar.
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
My eyelashes make me look a little like an Ostrich. I have an intensely strange accent which comes from having learned English at the age of six by watching Bill and Ted's Excellent Adventure about twenty times in a row.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Help your potential matches find common interests.
The Great Gatsby, Letters to a Young Contrarian, Moby Dick, A Day in The Life of Ivan Denisovich, The First Circle, The Language Instinct. I'm a literature grad so I'm finding it difficult to pick favourites...

Movies; I love noir. The whole aesthetic and tone tweaks me pretty good. So like, Chinatown, Out of the Past, that kinda thing. Other than that, I really love The Seventh Seal, Lost in Translation, Her, anything by Richard Linklater, especially Dazed and Confused and Boyhood.

TV is harder. I love The Wire, House of Cards, True Detective etc

So much music, recently I'm listening to Earth a lot who are like a choir of vocoded blue wales doing a musical interpretation of a bone dry mining town in the old west. Blood Sacrifice - sort of like Black Sabbath meets a troupe of crazy folk flautists. Just a lot of rock, metal, baroque, hip hop, folk. I'm not really closed off to any genre of music.

I will eat any kind of food. I used to love going into a restaurant and picking an item from the menu at random before I found out that I'm allergic to wheat and intolerant to milk, which I suppose makes me like a gastro-retard. I have a special love of asian food.
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
Books, my guitars, friends, music, pen and paper (technically six already so I'll stop)
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
I just spent a lot of time thinking about what I spend a lot of time thinking about. I suppose that counts?
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I have a blergg:
