My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
I am seeing someone now, and he is quite wonderful. Please, feel free to seek me out as a friend.

As a geek generalist, I like a little of everything, but I'm not a die-hard in any particular genre. With that said, I prefer going to sci-fi and comic conventions every once in a while to meet new friends and check out all the cool geeky things.

My social disposition is that of the quiet contemplator. That, however, does not mean I am only capable of one word responses. Which means that I am not compatible with guys who cannot muster enough thought to text, email, type, or even speak at least a full sentence.

I overthink sometimes, which causes me to take longer than usual to fill these things out. I'd rather write wordy complex mutterings, than be simple. Apologies for what has been written so far. I'm not like this verbally.

To sum myself up, I am a decent rational person who enjoys having fun and being imaginative, which does not mean going out drinking and/or doing drugs. The person I give my heart to will get my deepest fiercest loyalty, and I ask for the same in return..

Also, as a side note, do not like me here unless you plan on sending me a message. I will not know who you are, so you wasted your time by not saying hello. I'm never going to subscribe to this site, so there you have it.

On another note, the age range I have posted is just a general guideline. I've seen some very handsome older men, and I have also seen some very mature younger men. Everybody knows there's gotta be some attraction on the physical side, as well as the mental side.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
I'm in college and moving from St. Petersburg to Tampa. I am interested in marine biology and hope to get my B.S.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Cooking, listening, being imaginative, and did I mention listening? :P
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
How much of a sweetheart I am. :P Apparently, I have a very spiritual demeanour.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food

I read a lot of fantasy novels, and some sci-fi as well. That being said, my favorite authors are Mercedes Lackey and Ann McCaffrey.

Action films are more of my thing, although I can sit through romance comedies as well. Being a comic book nerd, I do enjoy superhero films the most, but my all time favorite film is Aliens. Sigourney Weaver is my hero. :P

There are a few shows that I enjoy watching, but my favorite of all of them is Game of Thrones. Grimm, Once Upon a Time, Family Guy, Bob's Burgers, Haven, Warehouse 13, Continuum, Kitchen Nightmares, Almost Human, Face Off, and a few others come in second.

There are a few eclectic artists that I listen to, as well as some mainstream music. My interests vary from Rob Zombie to Enya, but I dislike most country and rap. I also rarely listen to music at home and seldom in my car. I've been getting into music from trailers and some newer video games.

The foods I like the most would be cultural eats. Japanese, Vietnamese, and Thai being on my top favorite list. Italian and Indian come in as a strong second. Homestyle meals are iffy for me, because I dislike bland foods and certain types of meat.
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
1. Reason
2. Logic
3. Emotion
4. Science
5. Kindness
6. Friendship
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
Human existence, and what makes humans think the way they do. Meaning, what causes conflict, and what diffuses it?

A new thought that has riled me a little is that some men require a 500+ word essay to prove my interest in them. What on Earth could a person write in that many words that would prove they are interested? Phrases like "Hi, how are you?" are gateways to get to know someone, and are not indications of lack of interest. My thesis statements are for research papers, and not for saying hello. First impressions are for face to face conversations.
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
Hanging with friends watching sci-fi shows.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I once tried walking through a glass door at Disney Land. Hurt my pride, and my nose, but thankfully the door is ok.
