My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
Alexander The Great once said "True love never has a happy ending, that is because true love never has an ending." With that said, I don't want a happy ending. I want true love. My name is Jesse, and other than that, I don't want to describe myself right off. I believe that it is best if anyone interested asks me, rather than reads me. There is a song though that describes what I want most.
"Little Moments" by Brad Paisley. You should look it up. It's a great song.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
I see myself teaching mythology in a college sometime and somewhere. I also see myself being a successful author in certain fan bases.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Chess, Drawing(it's a skill that seems to present itself in me when I haven't done it in a while, as if it needs to recharge), and soccer. I have always had a knack for telling stories, and now I have written three novels, completing my first series, and I am currently writing the first of a 3 book spin-off. I need to type all of them still. I can write some decent poetry too.
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I have been told that I was born in the wrong era. I am pretty old fashioned in views. I have also been told that I could be a comedian by a few people, but I don't attempt to entertain others. I would hope everyone notices that my ma raised a gentleman.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food

I won't lie, but for my favorite books, I have to say anything written by Rick Riordan, and more specifically, Percy Jackson oriented. I also love The Hunger Games series, and because I enjoyed the Divergent movie last night, I'm going to read them too.

Favorite Genre: Romance, actually.
Favorite Movies: The Fault In Out Stars, If I Stay, Safe Heaven, The Lucky One, Marvel Movies, The Hunger Games series, Divergent, Transformers, The Maze Runner, Die Hard, A Walk To Remember, and let's stop there lol.

My favorite TV show without question is Leverage. I also watch Falling Skies, Arrow, The Flash, Once Upon A Time, The Last Ship, The 100, and don't laugh but, Teen Wolf.

I basically grew up in Rap/ R & B heavy areas, but I went the other way. I love rock. The only time I lean toward rap, is actually when my favorite band is involved, Hollywood Undead, who blend rock with rap. I have been in a Country kick lately though..
A short list of my favs;
My Darkest Days, Evanescence, Three Days Grace, Three Doors Down, AC/DC, Skillet, Papa Roach, Linkin Park, Nickelback, Blake Shelton, Luke Bryan, Keith Urban, Hoobastank, Five Finger Death Punch, Volbeat, Yellowcard, Darius Rucker, Jason Aldean, Journey, Seether, Rise Against, Staind, Shinedown, Switchfoot, Tim McGraw, Trapt, and Brad Paisley... Believe it or not, that IS a short list. lol

If it isn't spicy, and if it's veggie free, then I basically like any food.
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
1. My family, starting with my four nieces and nephews.
2. My best friend.
3. Pen and paper.
4. Music.
5. My legs, since I love to walk, and that is also how I basically get around.
6. I haven't found a sixth yet. I am hoping to find her here.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
I honestly don't know what I spend MOST time thinking about. My mind shifts focus very rapidly. I live in my head too much I say. When thing I think a lot about for sure is if I will be able to meet John Nash and shake his hand before he passes.
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
Typing my novel, or catching up on the shows I like that ARE still running. I'm not too big on going out often.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
Honestly, if you ask, you may very well get an answer. This is one of those things that I couldn't name straight off.
