My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
2 + 2 = Mount Rushmore

Sometimes we become so obsessed with thinking and observing everything around us, trying to know everything and being involved everywhere, we forget that this is all just our representation of what we experience around us using our senses. So few of us actually take the time for introspection, to exclude ourselves from our surroundings and involvements and focus on who we are.

What we are left with is a collection of feelings, impulses, morals, mannerisms, life lessons.... you get the idea. These things are essentially the make up of what you are and, more importantly, who you are as a sentient self aware organism. So with that in mind, here's the person that I am.

Smile Easy. That's a little thing I let slip in conversations. I believe a single smile has the ability to chance someone's day. And it's to easy to smile, so why aren't we all doing it? If you can't think of anything to smile about then I would recommend you reevaluate your life.
Moving on...
I prefer to stay level headed, calm, cool and collected at all times. Becoming overly emotional, stressing out, being paranoid and fearing things literally impairs your cognitive ability. Yes it makes you dumb. Ever hit the wall out of anger and after a while you realize how stupid it was?
I was taught this when I was 4 years old by my first jiu-jitsu instructor and it has stuck with me. Since then I've applied it to every aspect of my life.
I'm inquisitive. If I don't know something, find something curious or doubt something, I will probably research it to get a better understanding of it. I strive to understand everything that has or could have an influence on my life.
I'm a pacifist. Violence offers very little solutions to problems and I deem it completely unnecessary. I will however effectively defend myself and my friends if the treat persists.
I follow a strict code of conduct. That's where manners, language, etiquette and social behavior come in. Please and thank you, if you're still not sure.

...I'll stop here for now but you get the picture.
So all that's left is a description of me. Well I'm quite, but not so quite tall, with an athletic build. I keep my hair (brown) short and neat and my facial hair well groomed. I have a smart sense of fashion, preferring to wear body fitting clothing and I don't give a crap about brand names or trends. Brown/green eyes and some freckles.

Some other unrelated things:
- PC > Console
- Magic The Gathering is still an awesome card game and I'm proud of my collection
- Lego is still considered as a valid pass-time
- Physical exercises don't make you a jock, talking about physical exercises all day long does.
- Manners is holding the door open and keeping your mouth shut about it. (Ironic isn't it)
- Dragon Ball Z was the best part of my childhood
- Fastfood is not real food

And that's all I have to say about that.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
I have a standard 08:00 to 16:45 work day. I'm not completely sure if my current occupation is stimulating enough and I'm still unsure what the future has in stall for me. My dream job would require me to only wake up after 10am

After hours I spend my free time training and teaching MMA/jiu-jitsu, and gymming respectively.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Before doing anything new, I arrogantly assume I'm better at it than everyone else, thus giving me the self confidence needed to do said activity. Ironically this has proven to be very effective. If I do fail however, I am completely willing to accept my loss as long as I was able to learn from it. So here's some things I'm good at.

- Jiu-jitsu
- Cooking
- Mixing cocktails
- Poring the perfect beer
- Origami (to keep the ADHD at bay)
- Improv
- FPS games
The first things people usually notice about me

My loud basso voice and sunny disposition
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Help your potential matches find common interests.
Books: Anything written by Neal Stephenson or Larry Niven. I tend to stick with the hard science fiction genre.

Movies: like my books, I prefer sci-fi mostly. I love Marvel movies, animations, sometimes comedy. Horrors are predictable, love stories are boring, drama is too much drama and comedy is dying out(not including Guardians of the Galaxy, That movie was very funny).

Shows: I don't have much time for TV, but if I would dabble in series's it would have to be sci-fi related and or a pretty good anime.

Music: I can't live without good music, I enjoy mostly anything made by real instuments. Anything from the 60s till today, from Beatles to Metallica, Blues to Folk rock. I hate Pop, R&B and hippop. My favorite song at the moment is Ball and Biscuit - The White Stripes

Food: I Have a very strict and healthy diet. On off days I enjoy sushi, any meat off the bone, my mother's spaghetti, new and rich flavours without an excess of oil and cheese. Strickly no fast food
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
This is a ridiculous question. Aside from the basic necessities a human needs to survive, here's my "6 Things that makes my world a better place"

Rigorous exercise (I love Jitsu)
Communication (like talking to someone face to face)
Lots of sleep
Beer (beer + fruit juice = beermosa)
Music (I want to feel the rock under my skin)
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
Why don't you ask me what I'm thinking about. My mind is a blender of great ideas, dumb ideas, song lyrics, short stories, daily schedules, work planning, jiu-jitsu techniques, movie scenes, past arguments... you get the idea.

So if you want to message me and don't k ow what to say, this is where you can start.
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
Start my weekend off with a rolling session (jiu jitsu sparring) after that it's either going out with my friends, having a braai, clubbing or just chilling. I'm a very spontaneous person so if have nothing planned I will do the first fun thing that comes to mind.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I have to shave my chest so I don't look like a gorilla
