I'm a huge nerd. I enjoy movies, preferably older ones with Katharine Hepburn and Jimmy Stewart, (The Philadelphia Story). I love music. Rock, punk and grunge to be more precise. I'm terrible with spelling and math, but I can make a mean apple pie. I love to cook and bake, but I don't get to do it often. Hockey is my life. I live for the Rangers, as my username makes clear (Sean Avery).

I love to laugh, and it's usually at the most inappropriate/awkward times. I think that making me laugh is a good sign that we can be friends, I usually don't dislike people who can make me smile and laugh.

I love sports, besides hockey. I love my NY Giants, NY Mets, and Rutgers Rugby. When I was younger, I always wanted to be a sports reporter or the person who put together SportsCenter's Top 10 Play List or the highlight reels that they show. I'm always willing to learn about a sport or argue about teams, player, etc...

I'm in a rut, so I'm on this site, I don't really know what this is going to do for me, but hopefully I'll learn what I'm doing wrong.

I'm not into the party scene, I don't get the appeal, but I don't judge those who do enjoy it. I spent my freshman year of college walking drunk friends back from parties. I don't drink, I don't smoke, and I'm too scared to even think about trying drugs.

I hate zombies, not just I hate them because they eat brains, but I really just hate the stupid jokes/books/references/facebook quizzes/etc that it has garnered. I'm more of a pirates fan. My favorite, IS NOT JOHNNY DEPP's, but Steve the Pirate. If you know who that is, I'm impressed.

I find it hard to describe me in this box, not because I'm indescribable, but I don't want to. Whatever I write I'm sure I'll leave something out. Like I've never been hiking, but I want to go. Ditto for canoeing, ballroom dancing, to the top of the Statue of Liberty, sailing the high seas, and a million other things. I'm simple when it comes to life, I like the little things. I like a good laugh, an amazing lighting storm, a fun song on the radio, making new friends, an unexpected doodle in my textbooks, crazy random happenstances, balloons, I think you get the picture!

I'm indecisive, creative, ambitious, contradictory, perfectionistic, lazy, enthusiastic, smart, generous, fortunate, stubborn, artistic, sardonic, empathetic, organized. I want to do everything and nothing. Can you keep up?

Oh, also my name isn't Avery or Howe, it's Cait.

I'm trying to survive, one day at a time. Trying to make time to see friends, something that I've been struggling to do lately. I don't really know what I'm doing beside getting up every morning and going to school.

I'm good at making people laugh, being a shoulder to cry on, making cakes, throwing dance parties, keeping secrets, sleeping through my alarm clock, and being a friend.

Unfortunately people see my height (5'10") before they see the real me, and I'm tired of being judged for my height!
