My name is Leon. I live in Cleveland in the House of Paisles with
some of my closest Paisley friends. I am at the moment trying to
get back into
art
school as an
illustration major. I currently
make money by doing marketing work for the local Quiznos. I'm
really looking for a relationship more than just casual sex, and I
have great difficulty finding other people who feel the same way
about this. I am a huge
film buff but am very critical of movies
because I think that they have unparalleled potential as an art
form and a lot of the stuff that gets churned out nowadays is shit.
I love turn-of-the-century illustrated books, especially volumes of
fairy tales. I
like to have
interpretive
dance costume parties at my house. I am pretty much a romantic
at heart. I think there is not enough acceptance and understanding
in the world, and I try to do what little I can on a daily basis to
remedy this. I am obsessed with
Wagner's Ring operas and
movies about aging
crazy women. I have been known to sometimes have bouts of
melancholy. I have a morbid aversion to the feeling of velvet; it
has a nails-on-chalkboard effect on me and I don't know why. I like
to
walk
around unshod and
be out in the pouring
rain. I can't watch the news: it upsets me too much. I love
having
inside
jokes with people and referring to them ad nauseum. I LOVE
paisley. I
love my
kitty; her name is Lol (very clever, I'm sure...not my idea,
though...we adopted her from an ex-boyfriend of mine) although her
name has since evolved into
Princess Lollybee. I make
jokes that people sometimes find
disturbing or offensive.
I feel like almost any situation can be solved by injecting an
appropriate quote from
Grey Gardens into the conversation.
Disco music makes me want to clean, and sometimes when I'm doing
the dishes I add a few drops of food colouring to the water to make
it more
fun. I'm
somewhat intimidated by large groups of strangers. I like
warm colours. I
absolutely adore computer
adventure games from the 80's
and 90's, especially the
Monkey Island games produced by
LucasArts. Often times, when I'm in a store people will ask me
where things are as if I work there. I have no idea why, but this
has been going on for most of my life.
I am at the moment trying to get back into art school as an
illustration major, and make money by whoring myself to Quiznos as
the sales manager, which means I do marketing and keep track of
catering clients, give out coupons, set up promotions, etc. In my
spare time, I host themed parties and read Wikipedia.
Drawing, finding colours that go well with each other, making
teriyaki salmon, analyzing the hell out of lots of things, making
really overly-dramatic or sarcastic comments while keeping a
straight face, finding things on the internet that are really
really strange that disturb my friends.
Probably my hair...at the moment it's blonde and purple-ish. Lots
of people mention my "bone structure", but I kind of think that's
just a generic complement when people can't think of anything else
nice to say. My Russian friend Anna thinks that my nose is
"extremely sexy". I suppose I can be quite intense sometimes, and
some people find that off-putting.

How to help people, how to spread my message of
love to the world, how I'm going to
pay my rent...
As outgoing and socially inclined as I am, I am actually really
insecure. I also have
gynecomastia (man-boobs), although
I'm not really overweight. I have some scars from having cut
myself, some more unsightly than others, and I'm not particularly
proud of them. My first true love was the
evil Queen from Snow White. I'm
pretty inexperienced as far as sex goes.
...we have similar interests, you find me intriguing, or just for
the hell of it. Just do it. Don't be shy. Also feel free to friend
me on Facebook; my name is Leon Nack.
