I'm unorthodox and I don't anticipate you to be able to fully see the world through my eyes, but that won't stop me from veraciously translating it to the best of my ability, in any form.
I strive to find the joy and beauty in most things. I am wise well-beyond my years of existence. I'm also a hopeful-skeptic, and a cynical-optimist. "The glass is half full, but the contents will probably kill you." *smirk*

When I'm not outside, either on the lake, or at a park/reserve, I keep myself busy with random hobbies and tasks, such as working on my house, my cars, or computers. Also drawing, Photography, and writing. I love art in any form, and hold nothing but the utmost respect for artists in whatever field that they practice their skill.

I outright admit that at times, I can be cheesy or sappy. However, my intention is always to simply bring a smile to anyone's face. I've been known to sacrifice my own dignity or humility in order to accomplish it. That's just who I am. I can be rather intimidating due to my height, or come off as pompous or pretentious due to my reserved demeanor and educated background, but I'm actually pretty easy to talk to, I assure you.

Oh, and yes, my real name is Axel (The fourth in my direct lineage to be exact).

I am witty, understanding, intense, and obscure.

Currently building upon a successful career as an IT Systems Engineer and Database Administrator.

I'm extremely stable in all facets of my life, and I'm quite proud of that fact.

I'm technologically inclined and quite computer savvy, which would stereotype me as a 'geek', however I feel as though I'm simply a 'dork', more than anything.
But on serious note... Grammar, photography, and dependability.

My Height. I can't go out into public without someone asking me how tall I am, and/or if I play basketball. It's a daily occurrence (no joke) ...and that's just from the people who don't find me unapproachable due to my sheer 'intimidation factor'.

As far as books are concerned, I don't really have discernible 'favorites'. Perhaps "1984", "Pride and Prejudice and Zombies", "Sense and Sensibility and Sea Monsters", "Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter", "The Zombie Survival Guide: Complete Protection from the Living Dead", and "World War Z".
Aside from all that, I enjoy general philosophy, psychology, and poetry.

I classify myself as a 'movie buff', and always enjoy the frequent cheesy movie. Especially in the 'off' months.

-The potential for the decline of modern society, and how to prepare for it.

-How 'success' is truly measured. Some might gauge it by what they own, and others, by what they've been able to accomplish. I tend to focus a little on both.

Hosting 'Cinema Night'. A group of friends gather at my house and watch cheesy/B-movies. Generally those of the Horror genre.

I have no secrets. Anything asked, will be met with an honest and upfront answer. Which is the most apparent cliche' retort, I'm finding...

- I'm somewhat of a grammar-nazi (mainly towards myself, however).

- You think you can out-geek me.

-You take care of yourself physically and mentally. I strive to do this in my every day life, and I'd like a match who is adamant about doing the same.

-You're punctual, always keep your promises, and are generally an honest person to the best of your abilities.

- Anything about me has sparked whatever interest you might have in learning/experiencing more, or you feel that you don't really need a reason to do so.
