talking for hours about random things, and finding new things to
do. I'm a nerdy person who still likes cartoons and anime, but also serious things like
philosophy. I
also play the piano.
What I’m doing with my life
I am in my last semester at USF Tampa. My major is English
Education, which will certify me to teach high school English/Lit
classes. I love working with kids, but don't think I want any of my
own, at least for a long while.
I’m really good at
I'm really good at listening to other people's problems, being
supportive. I love being romantic and cooking dinners, or going to
the beach, movies or Busch Gardens. I'm good with
difficult concepts, logical arguments, as well as writing and
debating tricky concepts.
The first things people usually notice about me
I look like John Lennon apparently. My hair's grown out shaggy a
bit, and needs to be cut, and I like wearing jeans and a denim
jacket with an art print t-shirt. I'm shy until introduced, then I
talk endlessly, but I also enjoy listening to others for long
periods, so I suppose that makes me a good conversation.
My favorite books, movies, music, and food
I love fantasy and sci-fi books, music of all kinds except country
and rap with my current favorite being operatic metal such as
Kamelot and Nightwish (with Tarja not the new girl). I love the
movie Stardust, I mostly love comedies and horror films, and the
occasional well written drama. I love Labyrinth. I love steak and
chocolate, as well as broccoli and pasta. I can't eat sushi. :P
The six things I could never do without
Music, friends, good conversations with intelligent people, my cat,
romance, my family.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
My future, what I want out of life and a relationship, the nature
of people how they think and why people act how they do.
On a typical Friday night I am
Visiting with friends to go dancing or staying in playing video
games, or reading.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit here
I have had all kinds of relationships, and the last one was the
best, which ended with a mutual breakup as it just was no longer
working. So I had to admit that caring isn't all it takes to make a
relationship work.
