I love snowmobiling, dirt-biking, skiing, and motorcycling. Being raised on a farm meant not having many friends around, so I ended up learning how to ride those to keep me from getting bored. Eventually I want to take my snowmobile to Yellowstone for the wide open spaces that I miss having at the farm. Same thing with my motorcycle, maybe I'll just end up doing a cross-country trip someday.
In Minot, I spent a lot of time at a local makerspace, a place where people can come together to work on different projects that they find interesting. Leading on from this, I attended a TED talk at the Fargo TEDx, and ended up helping out organize our very own TEDx Minot. Now that I'm in Fargo, I wish to contribute to these same activities here.
'Trying' to do some writing. I can't be sure if I'm actually succeeding at even practicing the art. I like to be humorous in it, but my friends usually can't tell the difference between me making a joke or being sarcastic.
Singing along to every song on the radio, no matter how badly the song is, or how badly it sounds. Getting an entire car of people to sing a song every person in it hates is definitely an awesome skill.
Last but not least, board games. I have a scarily large collection of them, so if you're a fan of them, hit me up, I've probably got something we can gather up a few people to play.

Snow, despite how many times I've swore about living in this state. There's just so many things you can do on it, besides getting stuck.
Music, I just love finding a new favorite song, even though it quickly loses its favorite position when I listen to it 2-3 times a day.
Passion. It comes in many forms, not just in love. "Everyone's a nerd about something." Having a hobby or activity you're passionate about is something you should share, even if the other person would never understand.
Books. Getting lost in a good book and realizing a few hours has gone by never gets old.
My motorcycle. There's just something so relaxing about listening to the wind, and every twist and turn in the road just improves my day.
