I'm honest, hardworking, and responsible, but I know how to have fun too. I'm divorced, I have 3 kids (and a dog) and I spend most weekends doing family activities. I enjoy the simple things in life, like campfires, taking the kids to the beach (in summer), or sledding (in winter) or just getting together with friends to play cards or socialize.
I also like to get out without the kids once in a while, and watch a movie, go out to eat, go to a concert, or play pool or darts at a local pub.
I'm looking for someone who is happy and fun to be around, has kids or is kid-friendly, and is at a similar stage in her life. (all grown up and responsible but still fun)
I find myself attracted to intelligence and an energetic personality. Also, no offense to the taller ladies, but I'm 5'9", and I prefer a woman who can wear heels when appropriate without being taller than me.

I worked for about 15 years as a mechanic, about 2 years ago I started working as a technical author, creating the online service information that dealership mechanics use. Last year I was promoted to a team leader, so now I'm learning a lot of new office & computer skills that I hope will allow me to continue to advance in my career.

Well, I can fix just about anything, cars, computers, home repairs...

Books: I have not read a book for enjoyment in many years, just not enough time. I read magazines and newspapers though.
Movies: Fight Club, Star Wars, Lord of the Rings, Gladiator, Goodfellas, etc.
Shows: I don't watch much tv
Music: Rock, alternative, some country.
Food: Pizza, burgers, Thai, Mexican, spicy Chinese, etc.

You enjoy life and are generally a happy person, you enjoy some of the same activities I do, you're past the partying every weekend stage but not a couch potato either.
