My Self-Summary
I just moved to Tucson from outside of Chicago a few months ago.
I'm 23 and graduated from college in May. I moved here for work.
I'm into pretty much anything that you can do outside...hiking, quadding, 4-wheeling, you name it. I like to
play sports, especially soccer, but I like softball and snowboarding too & I just
started kickboxing. Yes, I like to watch
football, and I
do actually understand it (go Colts! :-) ). I might not be a total
girly girl, but I do like to get dressed up and go out..I love to
shop, I have to get
my nails done, and of course my hair.. I like to go out and have a
good time & party sometimes, but not a whole lot anymore, maybe
a couple times a month. I'm pretty calm and laid back but know when
to step it up a little. I'm adventurous and enjoy a good adrenaline
rush. I'm very liberal (Obama '08!!!!)
What I’m doing with my life
I just started my career in social work. I love my job and I love
Arizona but I'm most likely moving back to "the region" AKA close
to Chicago this summer, going to get my residency in IL and start
my master's program the following year. Life really is crazy and it
takes me on a new adventure every day...sometimes I just don't know
what direction to take it! All I do know though, is that no matter
what I do, I will do it to benefit the children of this country!
(yeah, I know it sounds cliche, but hey, that's where my heart is!)
I’m really good at
I'm decent at just about whatever I set my mind to, except I can't
dance! I'm pretty intelligent and school has never been too hard
for me. I a logical thinker and very creative. I am good at soccer
and softball. I am artistic. I like to take pictures so I guess I'm
decent at that. I'm good at getting speeding tickets lol. I don't
know, it just depends what I'm trying to do at the moment...
The first things people usually notice about me
I'm pretty outgoing and don't have a difficult time making friends,
although in tense situations I can be shy at first. I'm opinionated
but don't have a hard time seeing other points of view, but I stick
to my own and don't compromise my morals and values.
My favorite books, movies, music, and food
Favorite books, well anything that tells a real life story,
especially about everyday lives and struggles. I also love to read
my monthly Cosmopolitan magazine! In terms of movies, I love dramas
and scary movies, well actually pretty much anything that scares me
lol. Music...I like rap, r&b, reggaeton, bachata and just about
a little of everything else..except country. I love Mexican food
and sushi.
