Food: I am going to make a list of my favorite dishes, yeah I do
love my food! Blame my gay friends they are the biggest foodies
ever!
Japanese- Okonomiyaki and sushi please!
Korean- Soups, noodles, stews, fish and rice cakes! I like my
Kimichi, cheese and rice with a little bit of water in the bowl.
Does that sound weird? Sure it does, but it is awesome!
BBQ- This is why I am a big guy, I was raised in Bakersfield!
Cowboy country! I am an American that loves his BBQ and love
it!
Mexican- Who dosen't like lengua, tripas and chicharrón tacos.
Tortas, sopes and tostadas oh my!,
Italian- One word, spaghetti. That one word said it all.
Filipino- Okay, my best friend is Filipino, he introduced a lot of
great food! Longganisa, tocino, sinangag (fried garlic rice),
pancit, lumpia, kare-kare and my personal favorite hamonado (pork
with sweet sauce usually pineapple based). But, don't make me eat
chocolate meat I know whats in it and it is not chocolate! Want to
know some of the Filipino food I'm talking about? Well go check it
out, you can look it up on the net but go out there! There are some
great places in National City if you live in San Diego. But, if you
are in San Francisco go check out Daly City (Fil-am, Lapaz Batchoy,
and even Lucky Chances Casino are my favorites in the area)!
