I am in that in-between college and more college phase right now. I
have my bachelor's and I'm planning to back to grad school but for
now I'm just making some money and figuring out what I want to
study in the future.
In the summer I do a lot of boating, running, and reading. I also like to do indoorsy things: bowling, poker, playing video games, board games that take a long time to play, writing poetry, and watching sports (football and soccer are my favorites) are some good examples. I am always open to trying something new. I also have some quirky little interests and hobbies. I really like internet comics, catapults, learning languages, and introducing people to new music that they like by making mixes.
What OkCupid thinks of my personality amuses me. I tend to be more on the quiet side when I'm in groups, but when I'm with less people I'm fairly talkative. I am loyal to a fault. I am quietly intense. I don't smile constantly, but I smile big when I do. I am a thinker; I love big ideas and intelligent conversation, but most of all I love people.
My faith and spirituality are important to me as well. I'm a pretty open-minded and thoughtful Christian. At least that's how I try to be.
I enjoy reading stuff in its original language. Especially ancient stuff. I've taken some Ancient Hebrew and Aramaic (Syriac, too, but I'm sure that I've forgotten all of that). I'm also slowly working on German when I have time.
