Oh hi! I don't exactly know how I came upon this site but I guess I'll fill this thing out and figure out what happens! I'm a strangely humoured girl and I have my best friends to thank for that. I have a numerous amount of piercings I suppose.. I'm also a sucker for tattoo's, but I guess so is everyone now days, eh?

I like to sew and crochet and paint and throw themed parties. I also enjoy going out drinking and dancing.. I think that's just what people my age tend to do though, so I think it'll pass.. Also, I'm very anti-smoking (for myself anyways) and also drug free.. My lungs will not be bogged down with chemicals, and my brain synapses will not be altered by foreign euphoric stimulating matter. I can have fun on my own without the assistance of idiotic media hyped chemicals. Fuck.. But hey, if that's what floats your boat, then all the power to ya!!

What I’m doing with my life

I kind of just did that in my summary didn't I?
I work at a coffee shop and at Fabricland.. and I'm in school to get my BA majoring in English so that I can be an English Teacher/Prof.

I try to live my life as stress-free as possible, and I know that's quite hard to obtain but I think that I'm doing an alright job so far with it. Some people are just so high-maintenence it's scary, and I never want to be like that!

ALSO I am trying to obtain the "Less Attractive" personality icon, since apparently it's a 'glitch' or.. whatever according to the site.. so... if anyone has any idea's throw me a bone.

I’m really good at

Witty remarks and concocting puns.. telling bad jokes, taking care of my turtle..
I'm good at Crossword puzzles and dumbing down information to reciprocate it to children. It's actually a good task to have, seeing as I'm student teaching...
Also, I have a knack to give a killer massage.. not LITERALLY, idiots, but you know.
I've been told I'm really good at other things but.. that will come with time.

The first things people usually notice about me

My stretched ears.. which sometimes make me feel like I understand what it must be like to have a physical disability because OH the QUESTIONS people ask... anyways... I guess also my hair.. Also my eyes are pretty blue... And I'm kind of short.. and really loud.... haha.

My favorite books, movies, music, and food

I LOVE BOOKS!

Hahaha oh man, Douglas Coupland and Chuck Palahniuk are my favourite authors.. followed by Alice Sebold, Kurt Vonnegut, Chuck Klosterman, Mitch Albom annnnd.. I like harry potter books.. duh.. oh also I've stumbled across the Twilight saga. Also pretty good I suppose.

Movies come and go. I don't think anyone could list all of their favourite movies that's just bonkers. I do enjoy American Beauty, Remember the Titans, The Truman Show Requiem for a Dream, Sydney White, Blow, Eagle vs. Shark, Hot Rod, Pulp Fiction, The Fountain, Donnie Darko, Little Miss Sunshine, 500 Days of Summer, Forgetting Sarah Marshall, Sweeney Todd, Cry Baby, American History X, Fight Club, The Dark Knight, Wall-E, Elf, Jumangi, Flight of the Conchords (yes I know it's a TV show but shut up.) .. etc etc etc.

Also, in naming TV shows... I love The Inbetweeners, House, Criminal Minds, 90210 and How I Met Your Mother.

As for music.. so many.. I appreciate all genres to come extent.. A few noted fave's would be Tokyo police club, Mates of State,Said the Whale, The End, Mother Mother, He is Legend, Aereogramme, 65daysofstatic, Sigur Ros, Woodpigeon, Frightened Rabbit, Animal Collective, Neutral Milk Hotel, The Rocket Summer, Phoenix, Ladyhawke, Reverie Sound Revue, Los Campesinos, The Pants Situation, of Montreal .. and etc etc etc...

Food? ... I guess I really like vietnamese food, indian food and mediterranean food.... Also, Thomas Jefferson Mac' n Cheese.. it's awesome, really. Google it.

The six things I could never do without

I could NEVER do without my Family & Friends.. because I love them all so much and they mean the world to me.

I couldn't 'do' without sunshine, because it's just so wonderful.

Caffiene is something I don't think I could live without.. not that I am proud of that...

.. I think about alot of things. Failed relationships (friends and lovers), the downward spiral our society has slummed into, ways to fix my friends problems.. ways to overcome ''the man'', what people who are unemployed do all day, why do people who wear a size 6 call themselves fat and obsess with excersize and eating less .. yeah it's all pretty interesting up in my head..

On a typical Friday night I am

Out with my best friends. Or staying in with my best friends... pretty much anything with my best friends... Except this term I will be working every Friday night... woo...hoo.... (enhanced sarcasm entered here)

The most private thing I’m willing to admit here

I keep an impressive book beside my bed with a bookmark halfway through it. Usually I've never even read this book (sometimes I swap whatever book it is) but if it so happens that I pass away and people are cleaning through my stuff, they'll see this book and think "Wow, she was an intellectual"

...does that sound as stupid as I think it does??

I also have more toenails then I have toes, and I can do a number of ridiculous things with my tongue, which makes for great party tricks!
