Currently wondering if people actually go on work out dates? Prelude to laundry dates or grocery dates? Scale down to dog and cat walking dates?
Diets are boring, but mine is peculiar. I'm attempting to homogenize diets under the guise of sustainability, reduced risk of common diet-related health diseases, cost-effectiveness, improved brain health/function, and genetic compatability. We all know the root reason anyone changes their eating habits, no?
