I am spanish, more of a listener than a talker, and I'm new to this game of online exhibition.

Since I'm not that good at meeting random people in the noisy, dark, spanish bars, the rationalist in me wanted to try a more, er, scientific approach.

I try not to waste it ... or at least, I try to enjoy my time when I'm wasting it, while making others around me as happy as I can.

For one decade, I traveled the world while working at BigCo as an engineer, but now I'm taking steps to become a tech consultant and pick the jobs I really like.

Probably at nothing in particular, but friends say I can be great at remembering totally useless facts, wordplay, impersonating accents and making silly jokes.

I happen to be good with small children. I have no clue why. So I tried asking them. It didn't work.

And languages, too.

Who knows. My glasses, my left foot, my right-hand little finger, my greying hair, my flat belly, ... uh?
I'm often told to be much less serious and shy than I first look, once people get to know me.

I was an avid reader of books in my teens, but now the web has changed everything -- arguably for worse, in that sense.
Yet, give me some Borges or García-Marquez stories, some Marx Brothers, Monty Python or sci-fi films, a BBC documentary, a japanese dinner, a Beatles or Foo Fighters song, ... and you'll make me happy.

Convincing my friends to go out and have some fun! -- if I'm in that mood.

Otherwise, I might be ... watching an obscure russian animation child film from the 70's featuring a hedgehog, or ... reading a webpage about flying cars, spaceships, time-machines and whatnot, or ... cooking with a friend, or going to the movies, or ...

The strong geek inside of me dislikes dancing -sorry ladies-, but hey, I do enjoy singing though (remember the hot shower above?)

You're good-natured, happy, smart, sexy, fit, generous, confident, educated, successful, understanding and from this planet ... or if you just like the excitement of meeting someone new for a coffee or a beer and to see how it goes.

As for your nationality, who cares. The more exotic, the better; I always find amusing to hear the opinions of foreigners about other cultures.

Tambien me pregunto si hay muchas españolas por aquí, teniendo en cuenta la barrera del inglés. ¿Hola?
