My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
First off I'll say, if you want to message me, message me. I've decided to try for a while a new style on here where I will expect if you're interested you'll be the first to message me. Usually from my past experiences I have put a lot of deep thought into my messages on here asking questions based on what I read in peoples' profiles. I do like messaging people, but just like my students many times I don't know what they are thinking. It's like playing mind reader. "Hey this guy is getting safeties messaging people, damn it I don't want to smell that in the message. What if I returned a safety back if I messaged him back, his profile might fall off the screen or his hair might turn gray if it's not a touchdown message. OOOOOOOHHHHHHHH!!! got to move on that message really kicked me hard and gave me a swollen football." Then again of course playing a game of cat and mouse might help you find the cheese you're looking for just make sure it's not rotten. I always believe though if something works well great, but I always believe anything great can be better. Nothing is 100% good enough to be perfect.

To start off I am kind, caring, honest, patient, and trustworthy guy. No one works harder at a job than me. I am very very low maintenance. I'm quiet at times, but I warm up nicely to a good conversation. I like to go to bars, go to the beach, play ping pong and pool, watch movies, go to casinos, water parks, and go to the zoo. I like to watch sports as my favorite teams are the Nets, Jets, and Yankees (this depends though). I like going to sporting events. I am a huge fan of nature also. Two of my dream vacations in life are to go kayaking in the Amazon or driving through the bush in South Africa. I'm currently vying to be a proctor for a 2 week high school graduate course over in the Amazon jungle and Peru. I need a certain number of students to be interested, but we'll see how it goes.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
Currently teaching 10th graders chemical bonding in earth science and convincing them it's not James Bond or savings bond. I'm also looking to learn how to play electric guitar after I had purchased an electric guitar set recently at Guitar Center.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
I consider myself fairly good at trying to make people laugh, but I guess it really depends because people have different tastes as to what is funny or not. I'm kind of the person that will bring up random things to make people laugh like when my sister in law who is having a baby. She asked me "do you think it's going to be a boy or girl." I told her NEITHER, it's going to be a hermaphrodite. LOL. Stuff along those lines where I may bust people's chops for fun.
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
Is that I'm quiet initially when I first meet them and then I open up well. I would have to say people notice I tend to be a mix of a very quiet person and outgoing person it just really depends what people are talking about and if I could relate to it or know about. Generally if I'm quiet it tends to stem a lot more from the fact that I strongly feel the need to channel a lot of my inner energy into deep thought. It's sort of a quiet by nature sort of thing at times and it's most definitely not because I'm shy because I'm most definitely not. People confuse shyness and being quiet, but they are in fact not the same thing. They may be related, but they aren't the same thing. Shyness is being afraid to talk to people, but that doesn't mean it is THE reason why someone has a quiet side to them. I find myself to be excellent at small talk especially when first getting to know someone and I'm not ashamed or fearful at all to come right out and tell you how I feel.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food

When it comes to tv shows I consider myself to be somewhat of an old soul in that regard and I'm more of a movie person.

In terms of shows I like sitcoms such as:

Full House, Wonder Years, Boy Meets Word, Family Matters, Fresh Prince, Step by Step, Saved by the Bell and anything old school Nickelodeon. I also like documentary type style shows as well like the Monsters Inside Me, I Shouldn't Be Alive. and documentaries that involve ghost stories and urban legends. I'm one of those people though that like shows that stressed issues relating to drinking/driving dangers or not taking drugs, because I feel they are important issues that seem to be neglected more and more today.

My favorite movies tend to be horror movies, but I like all kinds depending on who the actors are.

Some of my favorite horror movies I like: the Shining, Evil Dead, When a Stranger Calls (1979 version), Paranormal Activity, Grave Encounters, Halloween, Babysitter Wanted, Friday the 13th.

Some comedy movies I like: Hangover, Dumb and Dumber, Liar Liar, Anger Management, the Dictator, Waterboy, Billy Madison, Talladega Nights, Meet the Parents, and Bridesmaids.

Some Action movies I like: Basically any super hero movie and I like Arnold Schwarzenegger movies. I also like the Back to the Future movies and all the Batman movies from the 80s and 90s. Sorry but Jack Nicholson is better as the joker than Heath Ledger.

In terms of my favorite food. Well I eat everything but any kind of seafood. My favorite food in no particular order is Chinese Pepper Steak with cold sesame noodles, hard and soft shell tacos, Cheeseburgers and hot dogs, Spaghetti with meatballs, my Pizza Hut specialty pie and a lot of more.

In terms of Music I like listening to a little bit of everything. I like 80s music as well as 90s music. Some of my favorite singers are Taylor Swift, Aerosmith, Bon Jovi, Creed, U2, Carry Underwood, and more.
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
Family, gps, good home, good job, Weather Channel, and WWE wrestling.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
Hmmmmm I like to spend time thinking about a lot of different stuff. I love thinking about the weather and earthquakes. When it comes to stuff like hurricanes, tornados, or earthquakes brought up on tv, I never get enough fascination with that stuff. It's like eye candy for me. I could talk about that stuff all day for people who would have any interest in intelligent conversations. I also thinking about things that interest me like controversial topics about sports and life in general. Like for example why are there Yankees fans that support a loser like Alex Rodriguez? That just goes to show casual fans buy into whatever crap that is thrown out there. Heck I wouldn't be surprised if fans bought tickets if guys played into their 60s. It's comical, but true. lol
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
Typically I will spend it going out to eat with family or sometimes even the movies. I tend to be a very family oriented person, and I'm considered to be the best in the family or so I've been told.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
1.) That I kick ass at Scrabble. I consider myself pretty invincible at that game and not many people beat me.

2.) I'm an old school person. I like to watch old school movies, music, tv, and play old school video games.

3.) That I've responded to people who wanted a foot massage with intense athlete's foot like this: "People I wouldn't rub your feet even if a genie popped out of them."

4.) I witnessed a UFO encounter from my room and then amazingly dreamed about it this year after 6 years had passed. And no I'm not crazy, I'm serious.
You should message me if
Offer a few tips to help matches win you over.
Anyways I say go for it and message me if you have any inclination to do so. Be like I nominate Banana Joe to take the ALS ice bucket dating challenge for a 2nd time. Then when I don't pay the $100 for not doing it, you can drive a crane and pick up a water tower and dump it full of ice water on me. Then I'll nominate you to do the challenge in Antarctica wearing nothing but a bathing suit and doing the Mancarena with polar bears holding a coke celebrating you don't have to pay $100. Instead you get to nominate the polar bear to the ice bucket challenge with coke. If he accepts GREAT you may win a bear hug, if not then I'll need a clothes pin for my nose seeing the only thing he'll be able to donate to ALS is brown dollars. And we all know where that comes from. No but in all seriousness message me if:

1.) You think we might get along and can respect my sexual morals. Sorry girls I come from a very religious background and it's too easy to fall for that peer pressure crap just because most others are doing it before marriage.

2.) You are non-judgmental and are driven to bring out the best in a partner.

3.) Not required, but bonus points if you like to run/jog and watch sports on tv.

4.) If you really want to meet up at some point after getting to know each other after a while on here. Don't worry no one has to pay for dinner or coffee or whatever. The reason being Seabass and his friends offered to pick up our check, he told me to put it on his tab.

5.) If you know what you get when you cross a shihzu with a Pitbull dog. Hint to the answer : It's my thoughts exactly if you don't message me. LOL just kidding.
