I am heading out every weekend to volunteer since I spend time
there at my bungalow I feel it's important to help
This year has really started off with a bang. I recently sold my loft in the Village and bought a great 1 bedroom loft in Williamsburg. I have always lived in Manhattan, but I truly felt I needed to shake things up in my life. This past year I realized that I was most happy when surrounded by my friends, playing music or just hanging out. I was working just to pay a massive mortgage and home loan and I was not happy. Now I have no mortgage, have less stress, but still have a beautiful home.
Two years ago I renovated my last apartment and really got into design. I am an avid "Pinterester", follow dozens of design blogs and I am not going to attempt to actually renovate a small beach bungalow. I mean, I am not the handiest guy with tools, but I really want to build something. I am watching a heck of a lot of DIY network, YouTube renovation videos and reading tons of renovation books. It could wind up being a disaster, but I am forging ahead. If you are handy with tools, than you definitely jump to the top of the list.
I also love playing the banjo. Ive been at if for a few years now and find it both relaxing and intimidating all at once. If you can play guitar, we could definitely get along well.
I can be very laid back or extremely motivated, depending on the day of the week. I love people who can hold a conversation, are friendly and are open minded.
