My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
Hey I'm Phil. Im a full time musician. I love the simple life. For me, the best things in life aren't things. I think everyone should live their life free of fear of judgement and experience all they can. Adventure is key! You have to taste the spice, not just hang it up in the corner where you think it looks nice. But yeah, whatever you're into, hobbies or otherwise, however odd they may seem, are feckin graaaand with me.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
Playing different kinds of music all over the country, and maybe in the next year or two, the world. I'm enjoying my time as much as I can for I think that's important :)
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Music has always been my thing and art. But I don't think anyone can gauge who's better than anyone else at music or art because its a person expressing themselves. Someone might be more talented, but noone is 'better'
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I suppose my height. I don't think I'm that much taller but a lot of people comment on it. Then its a bit awkward cos I dunno what to say to thanks? I grew me myself?
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food

Irish books and short stories, films, songs and poems. I love anything Irish. I love all sorts of films and books and lots of music too , not just Irish things. There are some fantastic men and women out there.

In the last year, the books I've read were Barefoot in Ballyneeny, Angelas Ashes, 'tis, Confessional, The last Geraldine officer, and a few more.
I just seem to love books about Ireland past and present. The past ones reflect my own childhood I find. Maybe that's why I'm more drawn to it. It's weird, I almost feel nostalgic for someone else's story. Is that weird? I suppose it is a bit.
My all time favorite film is The Outlaw Josey Wales. And Butch Cassidy and the sundance kid, Lords of Dogtown,The Godfather and Into The Wild.

And honestly I wouldn't be the man I am today if it wasn't for the John Butler Trio.
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
My banjo, and five pints of porter....
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
People, songs, lyrics, how money can turn people into scumbags, what I've done, what I'm doing and what I will be doing. How if we're all the same species how humans can treat eachother like shite. you'd think we'd all be really nice to eachother, but if someone is on hard times, society makes it harder for them.

That being said, there are a lot of really fantastic people around too, who are willing to help.
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
Playing in a pub or on the street. Starting sessions to liven the place up a bit! Cork's great but it can get a bit dull
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I can't really think of anything now, but I'll get back to this one I promise!

Offer a few tips to help matches win you over.
You enjoy life, you don't take the world as it is presented by society to be how it is. You seek out adventure and don't sweat the small stuff or take things too seriously. Basically, if you have/love dreadlocks and walking barefoot then you're my type. Not limited to that but pretty important to me :)
