My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
You guys, it's really hard to write an about me section. I am not a sum of the places I've lived or the jobs I've had and neither are you. I don't think my interests and personality really summarize it either, but what else can I say? I guess I'm sometimes quiet and I take public transit and ride my bike even though I have a car. I'm wildly liberal in all the right ways. I eat real food, read books, and am no good at figuring out if the shirt I'm wearing looks ok, but I like band t-shirts. I've got a YMCA membership and a library card. I can drive a manual transmission and I use my phone for directions to everything.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food

Movies: Gentlemen, you can't fight in here! This is the War Room.

I like going to the movies.

I said "I wanna be a singer like Lou Reed"
"I like Lou Reed" she said sticking her tongue in my ear
"Let's go, let's sit, let's talk"
"Politics go so good with beer"
"And while we're at it baby, why don't you tell me one of your biggest fears?"

Books: I realized all my favorite books were by white dudes, so I had to delete this section. I also read some poetry.
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
Rice cookers are pretty good, but I could always just use a pot.

I guess everything I need already exists within me.

That's nice.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
What I will do with my weekend. What I will do next. Books. What to cook for dinner (I have been making an effort to cook less, so this is less true than it used to be). What the cats are doing (sorry, but we are incompatible if you don't like cats/dogs/whatever). How cool it would be to know how to build more things with my hands. How the grass is always greener. How much time I spend looking at screens. What I should think about next.
