Of the days of the week, Sundays are my favorite. Usually there are no responsibilities or agendas; just whatever you can dream up and get into. A recent one included bike rides to Yoga. Post Yog nourishment at La Bete. Ingredient gathering at the Ballard Farmers Market. Creating a tasty dinner with friends. Sounds like a horrible day right? I know… I'm not sure how I get by either.

I like to live like the locals while traveling. I want to eat what you eat. I want to hear what you hear. I want to sit where you sit. How do you travel?

Engineer by trade. Moving and being active by night. I volunteer as a Prep/line cook (kitchen slave) by the weekend. Figuring out how it's all supposed to tie together.

Handstands. Feeding myself and friends. Photos. Wearing clothes. Flexibility. Fermenting. Next level beats. Mise en place. Riding bikes. Mincing Chives. Trikonasana. Child's Pose. Being an INFJ. Shaking babies.

Books: Constantly scouring cookbooks for inspiration.

Music: Into Twin Shadow and Little Dragon of late. Will always have a place in my heart for Ryan Adams. The musics that I've seen lately include Simian Mobile Disco, Beach House, Beirut, Austra, Wild Nothing. I love shows when you can really feel the music in your body.

Food: Yes

Breathing is pretty cool... I especially like deep breathes.
