I consider myself an entrepreneur, I always have to have side projects. I also love to give back to the communities I belong to by offering free mentorship and time whenever I can.
When I get back from work, I usually enjoy cooking for an hour or so and try something new in the kitchen. Love discovering and trying new recipes / ingredients. If I would have to pick a "signature" dish to have, I'd have to go with any types of different Risotto's. Although a wild mushroom one is the one I make the best.
