I'm a law student at the University of Western Ontario, pursuing my dream of becoming a lawyer. I also work as an artillery soldier in the Canadian Army Reserve. I love my country and am proud to serve it.
In my free time, I generally prefer quieter activities, particularly reading. I go through about a book per week, a mix of fiction and non fiction, touching many genres. I have a very active and inquisitive mind, so I also spend a great deal of time trying to learn various things for my own personal enjoyment.
Beyond that, I have many interests that I struggle to find time to devote to. I have been practicing yoga for about three years. I love following baseball, and in particular love the history of the sport. I enjoy gaming and board gaming, in occasional, but intense bouts. I've also never given up my love of superheroes, so I try to read the most important comics published by Marvel and DC.
Ultimately, though I believe family is the most important thing in life. My family is very close, and I could not have achieved the success I've had without their support and love.
My BA is in Classical Studies, and I absolutely love history. I visited many archaeological sties in Greece as part of my undergrad program, and would like to visit other countries rich in history and archaeology.
I also have a wide general knowledge, and a good knowledge of Greek and Roman history, as my BA is in Classics.
