My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
G'day! I can say that with a straight face as I'm originally from Australia, but I came to the good ol' USA about 10 years ago to make my fame and fortune.

I consider myself a citizen of the world, and I'll try and travel overseas at least 1-2 times each year. If you'd love a travel partner that occasionally makes terrible jokes, but good food choices, I'm your guy.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
I'm a Creative Director at Disney. I can make you a Disney Princess, but only if you ask reaaaaally nicely.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Cooking: I'll make your favorite meal to order!
Good conversation: I can talk about everything... and nothing.
Travelling: I love all sorts of travel, from off-road camping and hiking, to exploring new cultures in a new city that I don't know how to speak the language.
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
My Australian accent.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Help your potential matches find common interests.
Books: My favorite books have been High Fidelity by Nick Hornby (the one made into a movie with John Cusack), Ender's Game, Dataclysm, The Omnivore's Dilemma (I love food books), Kitchen Confidential, and a million more I can't remember right now.

Movies: I think I have one for every different occasion. I'm a big geek in some way. Fantasy, Sci-Fi, superhero movies... but I'll pretty much like anything that is either funny or compelling. Notables are: Annie Hall, Star Trek, Being John Malkovich, Fifth Element, Dark Knight, Iron Man, Star Wars, Trading Places, Before Sunrise (the whole trilogy), Gattaca, Alien(s), pretty much all the Pixar films (especially Up and The Incredibles), Amelie, Momento, City of God... and I think I've gone on too long!

Shows: Best series ever, the West Wing (rewatched the whole thing many times), Homeland, Sherlock, Game of Thrones, How I Met Your Mother, Parks and Recreation, 30 Rock, Friday Night Lights.

Music: I'm originally a classically trained violinist, but I really like to listen to almost anything. Good classic tunes from Motown and the 80s will get me going.
The Arcade Fire, The Killers, Muse, Zero 7, Imogen Heap, Regina Spektor, Imagine Dragons, Death Cab for Cutie, Bruno Mars, Michael Jackson....

Food: I'm a big foodie, and enjoy dining out. I also like to dabble in the kitchen, so if we meet you'll likely reap the benefits of my culinary zeal. Foods I like - pretty much anything Asian (Japanese, Chinese, Korean, Thai, Vietnamese... all of them are great with me), Indian, French, Italian. I'm pretty adventurous when it comes to food.
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
My family and friends.
Humor - Looking at the lighter side of life keeps it fun.
My passport - My spirit of adventure keeps life interesting.
Good weather - I love getting in and out of the city on a good day.
A well equipped kitchen - I love making feast for anyone who is around.
An inquisitive mind - I love learning new things, having new experiences and getting different perspectives.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
Crafting awesome puns and looking mischievous.
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
Chilling with friends, playing some games, or having a drink and winding down from the work week with friends.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I don't like Reese's Peanut Butter cups. It's a curse, I know.
You should message me if
Offer a few tips to help matches win you over.
You appreciate a thoughtful guy who will keep you engaged and laughing at the same time.
Also, if you want a travel partner, my bags are packed. Let's go lose ourselves in a different country!
