PLEASE DON'T MESSAGE ME FROM OVER THE POND, I DON'T HAVE TIME FOR
PEN PALS, THAT'S WHAT FACEBOOK WAS INVENTED FOR!
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
I've been divorced since 2000, was married for 23 years. Changed
career at same time from co owner of Engineering company to being
Reflexologist that I am today and have been for past 13 years. It
is my passion and my occupation. I have a leaning towards buddhist
philosophy, holistic, spiritual and healthy wholesome lifestyles.
Whilst I appreciate the fine things that life offers, they are not
my gods. I left the world of corporate egos years ago and am not
comfortable around folk competing over their successes.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
I'm really good at......being the best human being I know how to
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
My strength of character.....my straightness.....that I am direct,
fearless, tell it like I see it....am kind, compassionate,
sensitive, generous, willing to help anyone in need.
Visually, I don't know what people usually notice about me.....I'll
have to ask a few and get back to you.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food

I love reading anything by Linwood Barclay at the moment. Real page
turners! Also love Nicci French, Sophie Hannah and the like, also
some of Sylvia Day.
Films, Thrillers & chick flicks, love stories with happy ever
after endings. Good versus evil(ish) where good triumphs.
NCIS and CSI
Food......don't eat meat...only once a year maybe and it'll be
venison. I love organic fresh veg and fish dishes prepared by
hand....detest manufactured processed food.
Like champagne, rioja....nuts, olives and spending time in good
restaurants with good company, relaxed and unhurried.
Shows? Havent been to any in a while, not the thing to do alone,
Cinema ....variety but will go to see anything that's on and am
some time surprised.
Love live bands, nothing better than boogying to stuff you can sing
along to....so probably best if I admit to liking 60's and 70's
stuff, with a bit of 80's thrown in. I like the copy
groups....Beached boys, bootleg beatles and queen to name but a
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
Bit heavy this answer but I try to life my life without attachment
to anything....it saves the heartache when you either lose the
thing or it loses you.
In human terms....I try not to forget....
1. phone charger....it's nice to stay in touch.
2. make up bag.....try to put best face on each morning.
3. credit cards.....you never know when you need to have max credit
in a crisis
4. Availability of fresh running hot water for bath or
5. Warm comfortable bed at the end of the day.
6. Hot water bottle - adds a touch of cozy comfort in the absence
of a partner!
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
filling these sections in on a dating site......
I don't spend a lot of time thinking about anything....if I
overthink, I get on my own nerves.
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
Out dancing ceroc at a freestyle gathering.
There, that question was easy.
I've been doing ceroc for nearly three years and love it, very
sociable, great fun and brilliant exercise!
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I am an open book.....I will admit to anything and don't regard
anything as private. If we keep things private it is because we
have a fear of another judging that thing............
Ask away, I'll tell you anything you want to know....absolutely
anything.........I'm also not shy about saying that it's none of
your business though too. So be careful what you ask and check your
reasons for asking!

you feel like it and think we might have something in common.....or
even if you're vaguely curious.
I have not given up on love, nor the belief that there is someone
out there for each of us....or maybe many someones......
