I am a university student at The University of HuddersfieldI study English Language and Linguistics. I enjoy reading sci-fi books especially by Phillip Pullman Terry Pratchett, Douglas Adams and John Wyndham. I have a boyfriend who i have been with for nearly two and a half years and we are moving in together in September - it makes me very nervous!.

Ich habe keine Deutsche fur uber 3 jahre gesprochen, so dieses 'essay' ist nicht so gut! Ich bin fur eine jahre in die Universitat gegangen, Ich studiere English Sprache. Ich liebe mindestens alle Musik von the Beatles zu Peter Gabriell, James und Juli Perfekte Welle war eine fantastisches Lied! What I’m doing with my life

Going to university to study English Language and dreaming of going to China someday. Also worrying about the fact I have yet to find a career I like the look of.

The first things people usually notice about me

People think I'm tall, I am not I am 5'6'', but I am slim so they think I am tall. I have a really cheesy grin which people must notice!

My favorite books, movies, music, and food

My taste in music is decidedly eclectic though I am off it at the moment, I like everything from the Beatles to Peter Gabriell, James, Mika, Dr Faustus, Kimya Dawson, Blues and classic Genesis!

I enjoy reading sci-fi books especially by Phillip Pullman Terry Pratchett, Douglas Adams and John Wyndham, I also love anything on the subject of China and Xinran is fast becoming one of my favorite authors. I also love cookery books with lovely pictures!

I like the matrix, gladiator, star wars (especially the new animated ones) American Pie (all of them) and almost anything girly containing one of my two favorite actors Will Smith *drool* and Hugh Grant.

I love food and will eat anything... except wheat which I have just developed an intolerance to, which sucks cos I miss doughnuts and danish pastries. I love Chinese food especially tofu and I love vegetables

The six things I could never do without

The love of my life - preparing, cooking and eating food
