My self-summary
Hmm, not too sure what to say.
I'm sure I won't say the Right Thing(s). Whatever that is/those are.
I love drawing and reading maps.
I love music, and play the clarinet (performed on Eb, Bb, A, alto, bass, contra alto and contrabass) and the sax (performed on soprano, alto, melody tenor, tenor and bari; played the bass), and a bit of piano (mainly for composition). I transcribe and compose music, and love jazz, blues and classical, some rock. I'll listen to about anything but barely tolerate hip hop and rap.
I also like to write.

The first things people usually notice about me
I'm pretty nice. And that I can come out of left-field sometimes. Once you're used to it/prepared for it, it's no big deal.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Overall: Is it good? I'm game.

Regarding music, I gravitate to classical. I can't even begin to say which composer is my favourite, though Mozart, Brahms and Copland are not in my Top 10 (and my Top 10 has more than 10 composer in it, including the likes of Bach, Beethoven, Mahler, and a few modern ones only band geeks and classical die-hards will know). But I do very much enjoy other genres of music; I simply don't go out of my way to listen to it.
The six things I could never do without
No particular order:
Music
Friends
Family
Maps

Yes, that's only four.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
What Happens Next in the story/screenplay I'm writing; how do I resolve that chord progression in my symphony.

What's next for me in life? If I had to do it all over again, I'd make some minor tweaks, but overall it's been worth it.
On a typical Friday night I am
Game night with friends, playing video games, writing, and/or composing that symphony of mine. Practicing some licks on the licorice stick (tangent: I do not like licorice at all. You can have mine, please enjoy it for me!) and planning a recital.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
Friends from France nicknamed me "Tom-Tom" and likened my driving to Jeff Gordon's. While my driving's mellowed out over the years (I have a CDL), I still am incapable of getting lost. Even deliberately.
