My name is Austin. I am a slightly shy, slightly adventurous, very laid back, always friendly nerd/dork/geek (the lines are blurred now). I like to be good at things but I am always willing to make a fool of myself and try new things. My friends and family are a big part of who I am. They are always there for me and I for them. I'm a Christian and those values are important part of my life.
As far as the nerd thing goes, I'm not saying you have to be one, but you will have to come to terms with me getting excited over superheroes, video games, and the like.
What I’m doing with my life
I can't say I always live the most exciting life. That is, I don't go out every weekend, but this month so far I have gone rock climbing, Rangers game, and went as Scott Stapp (Creed's singer) to a 90's party. When I'm not going out, I enjoy catching up on shows or finding new shows to watch, reading a good book, or playing games with my friends.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Sushi, Philly Cheesesteaks
Looking for Alaska, The Name of the Wind
Spades, Catan, Small World, Halo, League of Legends, Heroes of the Storm
The six things I could never do without
My family and friends are important to me. I have some great relationships.
-I try to appreciate the small things. Recently watched an anime where food didn't have any taste and I think that would just be the worst thing ever
-My computer. It's more than google, spell-check, Netflix. I've had the same friends for a long time now and that's thanks to the computer.
-I can be competitive but I have become better at being friendly about it :).
-Sleep is amazing
-Imagination is fun.
On a typical Friday night I am
Usually going out with friends to a pub or having them over for some drinks, games and conversation. If everyone is busy, my roommates and I watch a show or play video games.
I also enjoy using Guide Live or looking around town to see what is going on
You should message me if
If you think we would get along and interested in meeting if we enjoy talking to each other. I often find people I have things in common with, yet don't know how to start a conversation with them interesting enough that they will respond, so just say hi and I will say hi back and we can see where we go from there.
