Trying hard to undergo an entire lifestyle modification. It's a long road, but I'll get there. I have confidence in that.
I have a few hobbies that change as the weeks go by. One week I'm getting all of the latest tech toys, the next week I want to photograph cool scenes, the next I'm watching films. Some weeks I'm into collecting art, particularly movie prints and posters. I'm an unrepentant cinephile.
Big sports fan. I'm a New York Mets fan, and yes, this hurts me to this day. I love going to local sporting events, as well.
Attended San Diego's Comic Con International three years in a row and will be going for a 4th year. I consider it Valhalla on Earth. You might think it's too geeky, or there's nothing for you to see, but I can tell you there's something for everyone.
In particular: The Dark Knight Trilogy, any Christopher Nolan film, Tarantino films (especially Kill Bill, Pulp Fiction), Shawshank, Naked Gun, Back to the Future, Indiana Jones. I love the original Star Wars Trilogy, and I enjoy the Lord if the Rings trilogy for what it is. I'm also a sucker for goofball comedies. Looper is now high on my list of favorite films.
I need to read more. I loved Moneyball and love sports books and biographies. I've read the Harry Potter series because they are easy reads. I enjoy Stephen King novels at times.
Breaking Bad. If you haven't seen it, trust me on this one.
