My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
Hi, my name is Billy.

I draw pretty things for a living and I am loving every minute of it! More specifically, I'm a storyboarder/designer/VO artist for an animation studio.

My days consist of drawing people on the train ride home, grabbing a beer, fries and a good game of Carcassonne with friends, or lazing about, holding a mug of ice cold milo, chomping on amazing home cooked noodles, and browsing the tube. That, and I practice two completely useless martial arts: Kendo and Iaido.

Oh, I also enjoy shooting pixel people. Pew pew pew! :P
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
A storyboarder by day, and a kendo and iaido enthusiast by night. It also tends to be a sausage fest. And that my lords and ladies, is why I'm here.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Being the accidental leader, often against my will.

That I don't really sound local, even though I've lived and studied here all my life. Usually strangers ask if I've studied in Australia, and get all flustered and confused when I say no. Good times.

That, and my sexy, baritone voice. LOL

Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
If you're a fan of Frozen and Tangled, here's a thought:

Since Elsa/Anna are cousins to Rapunzel, isn't it interesting to think that the "warm" energy that Rapunzel received in turn caused an imbalance in yin and yang, thus Elsa came to be of "cold" energy, thus bringing balance back to the universe. Just a thought.

If you can come up with a smart opinion about this, we might just click. ;)
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
Meeting friends. Doing work. Drawing. Or vegetating.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I think I have obsessive tendencies when it comes to music and videos. Mostly recurrent for music, where I would listen to the song for days on end until I get sick of it.

For films, it would be distinct moments in the plot. Like Darcy walking up to Elizabeth Bennet in the dewy mists of dawn, and her focused gaze, staring beyond the fourth wall of cinema. Her porcelain face, those tired yet ever so pearly eyes, with a glimmer of barely subdued passion, framed in colors cool and contrasted with gentle rappings of the piano cords.... Ok, I'm gonna watch it again. Haha!

If you're a board game nerd, art lover, chocolate geek, weapons enthusiast (yes, you read that right) or just a generally cool, snazzy lady, with hints of bohemianism in the crevices of your brain, lips and arse, chat me up!

Or, if sweet, delectable chocolate from Max Brenner's is your thing, that's cool too.
