I'm originally from Chicago. I came to Georgia when I was in middle school. After about seven years of soul searching, I figured out what I'd like to do with my life. Part of me wishes I figured this out a bit sooner, but it was a fun journey up to this point.

I really enjoy Film and Film theory. I took a few film classes and fell in love. I hope to get a BA or even an MA in the subject someday. I also enjoy reading. School's kept me a bit busy lately, so I haven't finished a book in a while. Every now and then I become ambitious and decided to read a classic epic (e.g. Moby Dick). The next time I feel inspired, I think I'll read War and Peace.

I also enjoy creative expression. Lately, I've been using photoshop as my outlet. I'm in the process of teaching myself Illustrator. I also enjoy drawing and painting. I really have no formal training in either. I have been drawing since I was a kid, though.

Every since I realized my love of Film, I have had the itch to create one of my own. I don't know if it will work out, but I feel I have to give it a try. I'm currently gong to school for Video Productions and I'm plan to continue on into graphic design (there are already some classes that intersect, so it wouldn't take me much longer to get a second degree). If my dream of becoming a movie director fall through, I hope to open up my own production company.

I believe if you are ambitious enough, you can be great in anything you put your mind to.
