Hello, I'm Danika, and I'm a San Diego native. I love this city so much! I'm a big fan of hanging out with friends in smaller gatherings. I have some of the most amazing friends in the world.

Let's see, I love 80s music a TON, and I can not help but thoroughly enjoy cheesy 80s slasher flicks!

I'm also a fan of sports. Love watching football on TV and baseball and hockey at the event. I'm kind of torn on my teams. Being a San Diego native, I'm obviously a fan of the Padres and the Chargers (And always a fan, not fairweather), but I also love the Phillies and the Eagles!

I always love a good story. My friends/family/ex boyfriends are always good for some great ones. I love laughing...at pretty much anything and anyone...including myself! I'm the first to point out when I do something rather dumb. I feel that if I get to laugh at it, why shouldn't I share it with others so they can laugh, too?

I'm kind of a stalker on this site. I can spend hours going through different people's profiles. If you see me show up on your stalker list, I've most likely read your entire profile. Don't be scared, though. I don't stalk in real life ... too much. If you're worried, check your bushes... if you see the giant pair of binoculars, that's probably me! You can just open your window and say hi ...or close your curtains (or throw something at me. I like pain. Oh, er, I mean, I don't like pain. So aim for my face). That usually deters me after a few days! (But just don't give me any candy or diet soda, it will set off my bi-polarism).

This entire profile has edits by my lovely roommate jnm099. So anywhere it sounds like I've become a little schizo or, as she says, completely awesome, it was probably written by her.

What I'm doing with my life Propose an edit

I'm a medical coder for a hospital up in northern California. I enjoy what I do, and I get to work from home.

Its a fun career with a lot of odd information. I really like it.

Other than that, I love relaxing with friends, playing beer pong (if I can convince my partner to drink all the beer), and laughing. Nothing better than an impromptu party, bonfire or bar-b-que with friends. Always makes for fun pictures and videos.

Talking. I talk A LOT! All the time. About anything and everything. There's nothing I love more than getting completely lost in a conversation. You know the type? Where you have been talking for a couple hours, and you don't even realize it? Those are my favorite.

Burping...loudly...a lot. It's what I do.

The ugly faces I make. I call them my sexy faces, but I'm always crossing my eyes, puffing my cheeks, or contorting my mouth in some way. I tend to have an expressive face, and it's not always pretty.

Besides that, I guess it's the fact that I'm pretty much the whitest San Diego native ever. I'm pale ...really pale. Whenever I wear a skirt, my dad asks me to walk ahead and light the way!

After you get past those two scary things, you'll realize that I may not be the most stunning girl to walk into the room, but I have a way of making the guy I'm with feel like he's the greatest thing to happen since sliced bread. I'm loyal beyond words. I will stick it out in a relationship till its over for sure. I'm extremely easy going and rarely ever argue with a partner/friend/whoever. I'm all about having fun and enjoying someone's company.

My favorite books, movies, music, and food Propose an edit

Favorite books: Anything by Stephen King. He's an amazing author. I've read pretty much everything except for the Dark Tower series. I refuse to read it until I have all the books and a whole lot of time to read them in. I've also dipped into a little bit of Dean Koontz and Anne Rice. Basically, I enjoy twisted dark novels. I also read the entire Harry Potter series, and if you're wondering, yes, I was one of those nerds that pre-ordered the books. Ive also read all four of the Dan Brown books: Angels and Demons, The Da Vinci Code, Digital Fortress and Deception Point.

Favorite movies: Any cheesy 80s slasher flick. My favorite, so far in that genre, is Blood Diner.
Other than that, I like all sorts of movies. I love the Harry Potter series, The Waitress, SuperBad, Knocked Up, Ocean's 11,12,&13, The Sweetest Thing, Super Troopers, Beerfest, The Da Vinci Code, The Italian Stallion (kudos if you actually know what this movie is), Underworld/Underworld: Evolution, The Departed, Casino, Goodfellas, American Psycho, the Die Hard series, and anything by Kevin Smith.

Favorite music: 80's, country, rock, classic rock. My favorite of all time is Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers....with Metallica in a very close second with Bad Religion rounding out the top three. My roomate and I share a love of Metallica, so its not uncommon for us to sit around listening to it for hours and singing along.

Favorite Food: Mexican. Yummy, greasy, fatty, full of bad stuff mexican. I'm also a fan of greek and Italian.

Im seriously a carnivore...I love red meat. Something about thinking of a nice medium rare filet mingon with bleu cheese crumbles on top just makes my mouth water. (I'm part vampire. I don't come out during the day. That's also why I'm so pale.)

anything and everything. I tend to overanalyze and overthink everything that I can. Sometimes I have problems falling asleep at night because my mind is going over a million things.

My personality awards. Someone asked me once how I got less socially free and more kinky. Fact is, I tend to stick to more traditional family values when it comes to relationships. I want that whole marriage/family/home in suburbia or a small town.....but that doesn't mean my sex life has to be boring with the one I'm with!

What Im going to say next. ADHD comes with the burden of blurting things out that sound ridiculously stupid. I have to censor a lot of what I say or people just aren't going to follow the conversation at all.

Why people act the way they do. I spend a lot of time analyzing people to hopefully understand them that much better.

Hanging out with friends....either at a dive bar or at someone's house

Sitting outside with my roomate listening to her extensive iTunes library and possibly bursting into spontaneous interpretive dance when I feel like it. We can sit for hours just discussing anything and everything that crosses our mind and she seriously makes me laugh more than anyone on this planet.

Oooor, we might be choosing our next target for an okcupid attack of ridiculously silly proportions. You have no idea! At least it might make you laugh.....or make sure your doors and windows are locked tight.

I have ADHD. That's not REALLY all that private, but I figure people should know. You can tell when my hyperactivity kicks in. That's usually when someone asks how much Ive had to drink when all Ive been consuming is sprite.

Oh, I guess another thing would be that I've had melanoma. Not super crazy. I caught it early, so they just cut it out. That would be part of the reason I'm so pale. Not supposed to be in the sun very often! Only problem is that I'm solar powered. I LOVE the sun. Sooo, I just buy super awesome sunscreen :)

(This is a lie. Shes never had melanoma. Its all a cover for her wanting to suck the blood from your body. She wants to give you a hickey she says. Yeah right. Don't fall for it. Run, RUN while you still can, before the pale arm of death reaches for you. Its too late for me, but you can still save yourself.)

Oh, I looove underwear with sayings on the butt...that and underoos! I have underoos w/ matching tanktops and I run around pretending to be a superhero. Not always when I'm alone, either. My poor roommate.
