I'm just a down to earth, no nonsense type of person.
I'm a Midwesterner and still have a lot of those traits and values where your word is stronger than anything else.

I enjoy reading, live rock & blues music, going to concerts and sporting events. I love sports - especially baseball & hockey.

I have several friends that are musicians and I like to see/hear them play.

I'm open to new adventures but I'm not into extreme sports.

I'm out listening to live music.
Working on projects around the house.
Hanging out with friends & making new ones.
There are also plenty of times when I'm just relaxing at home by myself or with friends on the weekends.

Books - anything by Stephen King or Dean Koontz. Also enjoy Ray Bradbury, Heinlein, Poe and the Classics. I read A LOT.

Movies - everything from old silent movies to current comedies, dramas, and horror. I like some of the new movies but really like the classics - The Birds, The Great Escape, Bladerunner, Nosferatu, Soylent Green, a Boy and His Dog, A Clockwork Orange, Harold & Maude, MST3K, The Marx Bros, and the 3 Stooges with Curly.

Music - I LOVE MUSIC! My tastes in music run the gamut from Billie Holliday to Metallica, The Offspring, Apocalyptica, Buddy Guy, Gary Moore, Godsmack, The Panache Ensemble, along with NPR - I love KUVO's Blues show on Saturdays, KSHE Klassics, and some great local bands. The only rap I like is Linkin Park.

Food - all kinds EXCEPT sushi.
