My self-summary
I'm mostly here to make friends & meet interesting people. But I'm open to a few just for fun, small, quirky dates. They literally have to be quirky. I'd like to think of myself as not run-of-the-mill. Like using a leaf for a bookmark instead of a bookmark.
What I’m doing with my life
I have some money saved from when I worked in Graphic Design so I'm using that to give me some time to find a new career path.

I'm extremely creative so I'm trying my hand @ being an artist at the moment. Hey, I've wanted to be an artist for awhile so I'm starting now. I'm also looking into entréepreneural endeavours. Yeah, entrée-preneural. I want to make a positive difference somehow & am working on stringing this all together to get that end result one day. Anyone want to show me around since I am new to the whole art scene? Or it would be fun to do little collaborations. Can I put my works in progress on here? I'll figure it out.
I’m really good at
Not owning a TV. Fighting back my desire to up & go on adventures every other month (been around Europe & have been to Nepal). Meeting people that are exponential additions to life instead of simply +1 or -50 (or at least I hope I'll be really good at that as I put myself out there more).
The first things people usually notice about me
My accent. After that my excellent ability to fluently not speak any foreign languages with it.

The six things I could never do without
1. Ideals
2. An Overarching Future Goal
3. My NFC Enabled Clipper Card
4. The Light in the Fridge
5. An Internet Enabled Device
6. Umm, a metaphoric bag to carry the other 5 things in.. Oh wait, washer + dryer.

If a washer + dryer doesn't come as a package then you can replace my ideals for the washer.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
How many pillows it would take to replace my bed while still needing a pillow. If horses wore coconuts over their hooves would they make horse clomping sounds on top of their horse clomping sounds? I could go on but I know you're saying "please don't"..
On a typical Friday night I am
Herding elephants with a dog whistle made out of pine cone.. of course not! I'm usually exploring the town, hanging out with people I've met, or at an event be it a hackathon, recital, or meditation session.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
Besides the obvious contradiction of this question.. is that I am in personal reinvention.
I’m looking for
  • Everybody
  • Ages 18–33
  • Near me
  • For new friends, short-term dating, activity partners
You should message me if
While I don't know what the ratio is for the amount of people you get to know and the amount of them that become good friends I do know what the ratio is when I'm not looking. So I'm looking for friends that are still childish, silly, & weird. That can have in depth & insightful conversations. That are looking to try new & creative things. Maybe grab a few nets & go firefly hunting. If you feel like you want to just send a message. No harm in making new friends right?
