My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
I'm a noob radio DJ that goes by the name Finch on 88.1. Listen in to hear some tunz. Aside from that, not much to say.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
Well, right now I'm in my third year at NC State working on a Math major. After I earn my BS, I really what to go to grad school and get a PHD. After that, I'll finally have to go out and, you know, work. My goal is to become a professor of math at a top school, but that's way down the line.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Obviously, I'm really good at math. It's one of my majors. However, I do have a wide range of interests, including philosophy, history, pop culture, etc. I'm also a very tolerant person. Doesn't matter if someone's white, black, gay, transgender, or republican; they're still a person and I respect them as such.
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
Not to brag, but I'm conventional intelligent. It's not that I show off or anything, but it is noticeable. I'm well spoken, witty, and just a bit nerdy. Just saying, nerds are cool.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Help your potential matches find common interests.
Well, I'm a huge fan of the Song of Ice and Fire books. I also love George Orwell. However, I don't read as much as I would like to during the school year, which sucks. I'm kind of into PC gaming, and I have 400 hours logged into Civ 5 and most likely twice that logged into Minecraft. I would say that I have wide, yet shallow taste in music. By that, I mean I like a lot of different kinds of music, but I'm not passionate about one type of music. Aside from Pink Floyd. Pink Floyd is the bomb.
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
1) Spoons: Seeing as how you can't eat soup, cereal, or ice cream with a fork, owning a spoon is kind of important.

2)Reading materials: Not just books, but any kind of written work, including blogs, magazine articles, newspapers, etc. I spend at least three quarters of my time reading, and the other 25% I spend sleeping.

3)Water: Not in a " too cool for the room," "water, food, heat, etc." kind of way, but I really only drink water. I have to refill my brita pitcher at least three times a day. Anytime I go out, I only drink water. It's just healthier.

4) Spell Check: Seriously, I have the spelling ability of a 1st grader. Without spell check, I think my writing would be unreadable.

5)My immediate family: I'm really close to my family. There's not much more to it.

6) Why does there have to be 6 things. I'm all out of ideas.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
When I was really young, I was afraid that the Earth's gravity would reverse itself, and I would go shooting off into space. Even today, I'm not totally convinced that it's impossible. (Ok, I am, but it's still a scary thought.)

If you want the D, gurlz.......ok, may be not that. If you're planning on saying anything more than "Hi," go for it. I always love to meet new people.
