I'm originally from South Jersey. I moved to Boston 6 years ago for school and stayed because I got a job up here. I miss the boardwalk/beaches, wawa and my family so I usually try to head home every few months.

This fall I'm going to start taking classes again. I've got a long road ahead of me, but if all goes as planned I'll end up with a MS in Nursing and an MBA. Right now I'm working on getting the nursing license. And the best part is my company is paying for it :)

I'm currently working as a quality engineer at a huge medical device company.

Last year I spent a lot of time volunteering. I worked with Boston Cares and put in lots of hours at the MSPCA playing with puppies and kittens. I even got to spend a week down in New Orleans.

My favorite author is Chuck Palahniuk.

I don't think I currently have a favorite movie, but I love comedies. I'm more of a tv person. I love bad reality tv, how i met your mother, arrested development, friends, seinfeld and lost.

Some of my favorite bands are: Owl City, Good Old War, Farewell, Amy MacDonald, Ben Kweller, The Rentals, Hellogoodbye,The Postal Service, Spoon, The Shins........
