My self-summary
In October of 2011, I moved from Boston to Seattle to reboot my life.

I had no job, my housing plans had fallen through, I barely knew two people in town (who were friends of my sister), and I brought only what I could carry with me on the plane.

I had never lived outside of New England.

We get to choose what our lives look like. I'm looking for someone else who wants to choose to build something unique.
What I’m doing with my life
I'm a musician/educator, mostly a singer, and I consider myself one of the lucky ones. After I earned my Master's and taught in Boston with the Metropolitan Opera Guild, I decided to quit my job and move cross country to pursue a career in performance. I do the opera thing, some musical theater, and my own singer-songwriter stuff.

Sometimes I do it in crappy bars. Sometimes I do it with famous musicians.

Currently, I'm touring my one man show in Boston and New York, teaching at two local music schools, and just signed a 10 month contract with the Seattle Opera to do a cycle of three world premieres. Let's just say that I keep busy.
I’m really good at
I give a heckuva back massage, and I hold my own in a pun-off.
The first things people usually notice about me
How much I look like an INFJ, but I'm really an INTJ. Clearly.
