My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
I moved to Austin from Connecticut a few years ago and love it so far. I love live music, experimental cooking, movies, comic books and assorted geek activities. My dog Odin is a huge part of my life, and most of all I love Lamp.

I'm looking for a partner in crime, traveling companion, food critic, inspiring lover, and best friend all rolled into one. Bonus points if you consider yourself a Geek-Girl. Good friends are also welcome, can never have too many of those.

"Friendship is like peeing on yourself, everyone can see it, but only you get the warm feeling that it brings."

I am Boombastic, Romantic, and Fantastic
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
I'm currently taking a step back from it and looking at the individual pieces to see if I can put them back together to form a better picture. I'm excited to see how it turns out.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Providing nuggets of wisdom, a shoulder to cry on, and a joke to turn the crying to laughter. I am also a pretty good cook. I don't like to brag but I was a pretty big deal in the bum fighting circuit back in the late nineties. I fought under the name "The Tetanus Terror". I had all of my glorious victories retroactively reversed after they found traces of steroids in my Mad Dog 20/20.
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
It depends on the person doing the noticing, you know, eye of the beholder and all that crap.

The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
Great. Now i've got "These are a few of my favorite things" stuck in my head, and thanks to the power of the internet. It's stuck in your head as well. Muah ha ha ha!

My dog Odin, music, friends, laughter, imagination, and a creative outlet of some kind. Be it sex, writing, cooking, or drumming with pencils.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
I like to meditate so I guess I spend a lot of time thinking about nothing. It's surprising the things that can come into your head when you make room.

Recently I have been thinking about how "we don't get the ones we dream of. We get to dream with the ones we get"..............and the zombie apocalypse.
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
On a typical Friday night I'm hanging out with friends at my house. On an atypical Friday I'm at a concert, going to the Alamo, fighting crime, running from zombies. The possibilities are endless, since it is atypical.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
Ok, time to throw a pebble in the pond and see how far the ripples go. With luck at least one other person will replace their current none of your business response with something real. So sometimes if my mind wanders I hum "I'm a little tee-pot" while peeing. It's a throwback to my potty training days. How's that for private? Great change requires great sacrifice. TMI? Damn straight it is.

If you have read down to here just do it. You know you wanna. I double dog dare you. Do it, do it. So let's have dinner on the devil tonight because tomorrow there will be hell to pay.

Let's drink wine and fly kites or if you're feeling dangerous we'll make it scotch and running with scissors.
