Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
Easy going , warm hearted man enjoying the quieter part of life.
Retired , almost no schedule to follow. I walk with a cane,so if
that might make you feel selfconscious around me you already know.
Not into bright lights and big cities except in small doses. I'm
hoping to find someone to share these years /decades of life with ,
to serve one another as best friends , lovers , and strong
shoulders for one another to lean on at a time of life when that
seems often necessary. I struck up a conversation with a very nice
woman on this site a few days ago who pointed out to me that my
basic profile didn't make it clear that I stil have hope for happy
ever aftering. Thank you , kind woman.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
Subject to change; and mostly have been either spinning my wheels
or throwing time away. Time is life , so that's not so good , is
Let's prod each other along some ,shall we?
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Conversation , reading , pleasing a woman in bed. Was once good at
lots of other things. Might become good at things I don't even know

Blues, Rock from '60s , a little from the early 70s - can handle
some country ,classical , etc. Favorite song is wind in the tops of
pine trees, especially at night. Rain falling is beautiful. A creek
talking to its rocks is good. Rocks talking to their creek mean
that a flood is getting started. Watching and listening to cattle
feed relaxes me more than almost anything else. I mostly eat single
man garbage - nuked frozen pot pies , corn dogs ,Centrum vitamins,
and pizza rolls.
I read , as throughout my life , a lot. Freakishly a lot , some
might think. It does fill in the time now that I'm a little past
buffalo tossing. Have been to ballet performances , plays , stuff
like that and was not injured. Prefer going to rodeo by a wide
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
I've found that I can do without almost everything. Except my dog.
Having lost the others in the last two years , I can't do without
her. Been thinking of getting a pup for a couple of years - odd how
it isn't a decision made and carried out in the space of a week as
I once might have done that.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
Many things. Really pretty hard to break down into categories - I'm
interested in lots of ideas of all sorts. Politics and other
sources of unneeded contention are things i've departed from.
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I'm not a secretive person. Once a woman and I have shared a good
bit together , I have no secrets from her. My minister jokes that I
keep no secrets from him , even if they risk horrifying him ,LOL!
