Iconoclast meets bon vivant

I really enjoy music, books, sound conversation and meeting new people. If you do also chances are we'll get along.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
If you want the most straightforward answer I essentially divide my time between 3 roles in no particular order
1- musician and dilettante -Ill try to spend a couple hours most days playing a little saxophone (maybe some guitar) or reading things or bullshitting. Lately though items #2 and #3 have been making time and energy for this scarce, but I'm hoping to turn that around this summer.
2- grad student learning new and exciting things (computer science!)
3- working in hospitality which I happen to actually enjoy
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
tracking anecdotal coincidences in my day to day life (including the Tim Leary story, The Library Burglary, and 56 MILLION VIEWS)
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
You'd have to find out for yourself

Maybe that my hair's a little silly and that I make a lot of eye contact. Probably smiling based on where you caught me.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Help your potential matches find common interests.
Authors/poets: Shakespeare, Herman Melville, James Joyce, Robert Anton Wilson, Stephen Crane, Percy Bysshe Shelley, Aldous Huxley, Marshall McLuhan, Jonathan Swift, Buckminster Fuller

Food: Thai

Music: Very eclectic and always growing my collection so I can't really say I have favorite favorites but if you love music or performing in any genre chances are we'll have a lot to talk about.

Not really sure I have established favorites with the others but you should turn me on to some cool movies, especially if they're documentaries
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
