Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
I live life one day at a time. I've lived a pretty fantastic life
up to this point: traveling around the world, making great friends,
having successful jobs. I'd enjoy finding some people around here
that have similar interests or know some fun new things to try
So, here are a few things that you should know about me...
-I can't blow bubbles with gum.
-I enjoy playing card, board, and video games. I am good enough to
occasionally beat my grandparents.
-I think "reality tv" is the downfall of American youth culture.
Jersey Shore is the epitome of what is wrong with television.
-I hate mud and sand, but I love the beach.
-I was born and raised in rural Missouri, though the past 13 years
have been split between Saint Louis and Chicago.
-At some point I will jump out of a plane, off a bridge, and off a
Also, I just moved to San Diego (near UCSD) and I've already
determined that California is home to some of the worst drivers on
the road. But I suppose the weather, the laid back atmosphere, and
the ocean are a fair trade.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
I moved out to San Diego June 2014 to open a new business with a
friend from high school. Ideally that works out, and we don't just
become another failed business statistic.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
-Sleeping through alarms
-Pretending to be a chef

is that I'm often the most reserved guy in the room, until I say
something that makes the entire group laugh. I'm a thinker more
than a talker, but I enjoy discussions in small, intimate groups.

I had a giant list of favorites, but isn't favorite a superlative
and necessitate that you can only have one of each item? As such, I
refuse to limit myself to single item lists, so if you're
interested, feel free to ask!
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
1) I need at least one of the following drinks available (water,
chocolate milk, or sweet iced tea)
2) Easy access to the great outdoors
6) Time to appreciate the things that I have and don't need
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.

-Business related matters, such as financing, real estate,
marketing and advertising...you know, the interesting stuff

On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
experimenting in the kitchen with some new recipe that I saw online
and want to tweak to my own tastes. Usually this involves a messy
kitchen, too many dirty dishes, and hopefully, a new meal to cook
or dessert to bake in the future.

I don't like peanut butter.

If you are bored and looking to kill some time with an amusing
email conversation that ideally leads to meeting up in person, if
you have good suggestions for a newcomer, or any other reason you
see fit...or don't, I'm not in the habit of telling people how to
live their lives.
