As a kid I used to love biking.  Whenever it was warm enough Id bike to and from grade school,  and then high school.  I always ended up with a great tan once summer hit from all the wind burns. 

The Bike I had through all those years was a 100 dollar venture from Zellers.  It was so heavy youd swear the frame was made from lead.  Despite that,  whenever my friends and I hit the trails I kept up,  even though they had bikes worth 10 times mine.

Its been nearly a decade now since ive had a bike and Ive missed that.  So today I went down to Canadian Tire and got myself a snappy new mountain bike. 

My hope is too start losing some weight doing something I actually like.  Along with this Im also going to go on a diet and am going do some other exercises.  Getting out more often should so me some good.  THE SUNLIGHT IT BURNS!! *HISSSSS* ^_-
