My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
We already have so much in common... I never thought I'd be on a website like this either.

I'm a relaxed, positive, easy going person who is always up for an adventure. I enjoy traveling and experiencing new cultures, cuisine, and customs. I've been to Europe, Asia, Africa, and South America. Next year I plan to travel to France/Germany or South East Asia. When I can't travel, I explore Southern California and enjoy the different cultures and cuisines it has to offer. Recently I've been enjoying local night markets, which remind me of the summer I spent in Taiwan. I also look forward to attending local carnivals and county fairs. I like trying new restaurants, either upscale or hole-in-the-wall, especially if they serve something authentic or unique, so let me know if you know of a good place! I'm currently trying to work my way through a list of the best restaurants in LA. I also enjoy quiet nights at home reading, watching TV, or playing games. I'm trying to find people to play card games/board games with as well.

I was born and raised in Southern California, and stayed here for my undergraduate and graduate degrees. I just finished my formal education, so now I'm looking to enjoy life, meet new people, expand my circle of friends, and more. I am in the Inland Empire right now, but I often find myself in LA, Long Beach, or Orange County in search of good food or a new adventure. I also enjoy spending time with my family.

I'm looking for a joyful, kind, and energetic person with an adventuresome spirit. Life is better and more interesting when shared. If you're looking for exciting new experiences, adventure, and good company, send me a message.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
Exploring the world, enjoying life, and meeting new and interesting people.

I'm a doctor. Ask me what type!
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Getting to know people, solving problems, reading quickly.
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I guess you'd have to ask other people. I'm usually carrying a newspaper or a book with me. Recently, I bought an iPad, so now I'm carrying that around with me.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Help your potential matches find common interests.
Books: Song of Ice and Fire (Game of Thrones), Ender's Game, Dark Tower, Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy, Fragile Things, Foundation, to name a few. I'll read anything, but I enjoy sci-fi and fantasy. When Borders went out of business a few years ago, I picked up dozens of books I'm still trying to get through. It's a great problem to have.

Movies: Lord of the Rings, Dark Knight, Inglorious Bastards, Avengers and all the movies associated with that, James Bond movies. My tastes are eclectic.

Shows: They cancel everything I like, but currently Community, Stargate, Star Trek, Doctor Who, and other sci-fi shows. Also Walking Dead, Game of Thrones, 30 Rock, and Breaking Bad. I used to enjoy Firefly and Battlestar Galactica.

Music: I enjoy a variety of music. Can you suggest your favorite genre?

Food: I'll try anything once. I've had fried scorpions in the night markets of China. (crunchy)
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
1. Ipad
2. Good books
3. The internet
4. Interesting friends
5. Family
6. Video games
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
Where I'd like to travel next. Or what I'm going to do this weekend. Or what book I should read next. I used to have an annual pass to Disneyland. I let it lapse when I moved away from Anaheim, but I'm still close enough that I often look for an excuse to buy another one.
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
Going out to dinner with friends, seeing a movie, or just relaxing at home.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
That I'm actually on this website?

Offer a few tips to help matches win you over.
You're interested in meeting new people or going new places. I'm relatively new to the Inland Empire, so I'd love to try out new restaurants or new activities.
