My self-summary
My name is Courtney. Right off the bat I'll say that I'm terrible at making profiles for myself and everything I say is probably going to sound like an essay rather than what I actually sound like. If I sounded the way I do in these summaries I'd probably bore myself to death. At least you'll get the basic idea of what I do and stuff. I'm pretty shy at first, but working on getting over it. I'm a pretty easy person to get along with. I'm a tad nerdy and not ashamed to admit I still enjoy cartoons and video games when I have time for them. I've been told I'm quirky, patient, generous, stubborn, trustworthy and fun to be around.
What I’m doing with my life
I am working full time graveyard shifts answering emails. I just graduated from PSU with my Bachelor's and am now doing post-bacc work to get into their grad school for elementary education. I'm working on becoming a grade school teacher, because my previous goal of becoming a high school English teacher turned out to not fit my talents as well as I'd have liked. I am excited, though, to get a chance to work with and inspire young kids. We can't all be famous authors, right? Well, actually, I'd like to be both. .. In between all of that I am usually pulling all-nighters with my best friend watching movies.
I’m really good at
I'm really good at being the voice of reason when everything is in chaos. Compared to my other less-impressive talents, this verges on superpower. I got really into glass art when I was in high school, and was told I was very good. Hopefully sometime soon I can afford to get my own materials and revisit the hobby. I love to write and do anything artsy, even if I'm not great at it.
The first things people usually notice about me
Probably that I am pretty reserved and keep to myself, but that's only with people who haven't met me. Once I get a chance to meet someone I am able to break out of my shell.

I spend a lot of time thinking about the future, I guess, which is a reasonable thing at my age. Lots of stuff to look forward to still.

Working. Mondays are my new Fridays!
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
That I haven't dated in a very long time and putting myself on this website is sort of a crazy idea of mine fueled by lack of sleep and Rockstar.

Also, I am not an A-list member, so if you "rate me highly" I won't be able to see who you are. Send me a message, don't be shy! :)
