I am witty, brilliant, and allegedly hilarious.

My Self-Summary

I'm bizarre, but not scary. All in all, I'm just trying to figure out who I am and where I'm going. Hopefullly, all that will come sooner as opposed to later...

What I’m doing with my life

Missing being in school (if I was independently wealthy, I'd just live at school getting every degree known to man).

I’m really good at

Wouldn't you like to know... (heh heh heh)

Seriously, though, I'm good at editing papers. Sounds geeky, I know, but I just have a natural affinity for it. Weird, huh? I'm also not half bad at coming up with sarcastically witty quips, dancing (at least when nobody can see me), and fencing.

The first things people usually notice about me

I'm not quite sure, to be honest. Drop me a line, and tell me what drew you to me (well, my profile), if you're so inclined.

My favorite books, movies, music, and food

Books: As a recovering English major, picking my favorite books is akin to picking one's favorite children. As it is, though, here are ten I enjoyed and would recommend.
Cloud Atlas, by David Mitchell
Obedience, by Will Lavender
Most anything by David Sedaris
The Thirteenth Tale, by Diane Setterfield
Gideon, by Russell Andrews
Most of Stephen King's oeuvre (which sounds way too pretentious, I know)
How to Buy A Love of Reading, by Tanya Egan Gibson
A Wrinkle in Time, by Madeleine L'Engle (it made me love dystopian literature, what can I say?)
The Pendergast series, by Lincoln Child and Douglas Preston
Oscar Wilde. It matters not what, just...OSCAR. So witty, so brilliant.

The six things I could never do without

Liquor. Literature. The internet. Sex. Good friends. And the best balsamic vinegar ever in the world. (trust me on this last one. Honest.)

The most private thing I’m willing to admit here

Well, nothing I'd admit on OKCupid, for sure.

You should message me if

You want to, really. I'm in no place to command you do anything, so if you feel inclined to message me, message me.
