Shivering from the midnight air, we sat in the park behind Ron's new house and took in the view. The city dipped in the west, emblazoned by neon signs and traffic lights that now looked like little more than distant fireflies.

A new jigsaw piece of this town...though we don't know that there may even be a coherent bigger picture. Still, excitement rippled through us like the firefly ghosts dancing on the tarry harbour waters - (re)affirmation, at last, that possibilities may indeed be endless.



Then, a new resolve as we yawned back to Robbo's car: To never stop falling in love.
